I also appreciate that our provider helped us a lot with the initial setup, making it easy on our part, thanks to having an expert set it up for us. We really enjoy using it and find it very likely to recommend. **What do you dislike about Laserfiche?** It looks intimidating for all of our new users. **What problems is Laserfiche solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Laserfiche for managing files and records, ensuring secure storage and easy retrieval of government forms and reports. There is a small learning curve when our organization started with Laserfiche as first time users. Specifically, Metadata fields was a thing we did not fully commit to for a business critical process, which caused for our searches within the Repository to be cumbersome. **What problems is Laserfiche solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are transforming solely paper based processed within Human Resources and our Business Services departments to laserfiche process. This is huge for our organization because now, there are no delays in processes, the flow is clearer and auditable and there are now better reporting and transparency with management due to the workflow tasks handling sharing important details with all that need to know. ### 4.
