Larzo is quoting and invoicing software built for UK tradespeople, covering 14 trades including electricians, plumbers, builders, carpenters, glaziers and locksmiths. Describe a job by voice or text and Larzo writes the description of works, applies your saved price list and adds your logo, producing a professional PDF quote in under two minutes. You send one link on WhatsApp. Your customer opens it on their phone with no app and no login, reads the quote and accepts it by typing their name as a signature. That same link later becomes the invoice, showing your bank details and the balance outstanding, so there is only ever one link for you and your customer to keep track of. Larzo also captures expenses from photographed receipts, keeping the digital records Making Tax Digital requires, and can send a summary through to your accountant. Free for 14 days, no card required.
