Additionally, it offers a quite interesting variety of courses. **What do you dislike about lapzo?** Development plans are made with AI and are not very accurate, and it's also not very clear how you should be executing them. Additionally, it still has some performance issues. **What problems is lapzo solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a company, if you don't have a very large or experienced human resources department, this tool guides you quite a bit and offers you many tools to support you in the process.
