Lanto is a web app for owners of small local businesses in the United States who do their own marketing. It replaces a long to-do list with a few quests at a time, chosen for the owner's type of business, town, and what they have already done. Each quest explains why it matters and lists the steps to finish it. Many have suggestions to tap, such as ideas for describing an ideal customer. Examples include claiming a Google Business Profile, asking customers for reviews, posting a seasonal update, and adding a link to a website. How it works: - At setup, the owner enters the business name, type, and town, and answers a few quick questions. Lanto then builds the quest list. - Finishing a quest earns points. Points build levels, badges, and a weekly streak. - A weekly check-in asks for a few numbers, such as reviews, new customers, and calls. It shows what changed since the last week and charts results next to the quests completed. - Premium plans add AI-drafted posts, weather alerts and local events turned into quests, a local advertising finder with source links, and fill-in templates. - Owners can share milestones and invite other local business owners. Lanto does not connect to Google, Facebook, or other accounts. The owner does each task and enters their own numbers.
