Lansy AI records and analyzes every in-person conversation between your team and your customers, then turns it into advice for employees and insight for managers. Counter mics and staff badges capture conversations at the location. Lansy AI transcribes them in Arabic, English, and Russian, including conversations that switch languages mid-sentence, and reviews each one against the metric you choose: add-on offers, loyalty cards, next visits, complaint handling. Every employee gets short personal advice after the shift. Every manager gets a morning report on the shift: scores, emotional tone, upsell conversion, and the brand risks worth acting on today. Lansy AI works in cafes & restaurants, retail, education, healthcare, hotels, beauty, and support teams. It connects to your POS, CRM, and reporting tools during setup. Privacy is built in. Recording starts only with consent from both the employee and the guest, and either can withdraw it at any time. Personal talk is detected and removed before analysis. Names, phone numbers, addresses, and card numbers are masked before any AI sees the text. Audio stays on servers in the UAE or on-premise, and the AI never trains on it. A pilot starts at one location: you pick the metric on day one, devices go in on days two and three, and the first reports arrive in week two.
