Labgensys: AI-enabled cloud LIMS for testing labs Labgensys is a cloud-based Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) for clinical, cannabis, environmental, food and pharma testing labs. It automates the full lab workflow, from sample intake and chain of custody to results, Certificates of Analysis and invoicing. For clinical labs, Labgensys supports blood, toxicology and genetic testing, with EMR/EHR integration, HIPAA compliance, audit trails and provider and patient portals. For cannabis and hemp labs, it covers potency, terpenes, pesticides, heavy metals, microbials and residual solvents. It also offers seed-to-sale tracking, white-label CoAs, and API integration with state systems such as METRC and BioTrack. Core features include instrument integration (HPLC, GC-MS, CSV/XLS and REST API), integrated QC, configurable workflows, barcode and QR sample tracking, inventory management, automated billing, role-based permissions and real-time dashboards. Labgensys also provides data migration, online training and automatic geo-redundant backups for fast onboarding.
