What do you like best about Lang.ai?

We literally would not have the infrastructure and insights we do today without Lang. This tool has been killer for us, from tagging and analyzing our incoming contacts (across channels!) to giving us the power to automate tagging and responses for tier 1 issues. We're able to understand the voice of the customer and make better use of insights and analytics. We're also able to provide these insights to a cross-functional group of stakeholders, and specifically track topics relevant to those stakeholders, to ensure our customer's voice is heard when key decisions are made.
