Lane Four 2.0: Account-Based Lead Routing for Salesforce Pricing

Lane Four is an intuitive lead routing app that is built upon the SFDC platform. This lets it integrate seamlessly with the routing system we already use within SFDC and to augment and build upon that. Not only is its routing system incredibly simple to use, they also offer a matching system, built in round robin, and region automation. Other systems in the same space are at a much higher price point for these features. One of the things I like best is that Lane Four takes advantage of existing Salesforce functionality and builds upon that to extend its features, rather than recreating everything on their own platform. We're not stuck paying for the same capability twice, and it makes it easy for Salesforce Admins to troubleshoot any routing issues that come up.

There could be more functionality baked into the application that allows Admins more control over the details. For example, we need certain criteria specified when choosing the master record for merges, and we have to reach out to our Rep to set that up or make changes.
