Contact forms create leads in your CRM, and nothing goes online until you publish. The AI assistant answers questions about your own customers, schedule, invoices and reports. Draft with AI writes first drafts of estimate descriptions, customer emails, review replies and campaign emails. It answers and drafts only. It does not change your records, and you approve every draft. The AI receptionist is an optional add-on that answers your business phone 24/7 in a natural voice and tells the caller it is an AI. It saves new callers as leads, files requests and emergencies in an inbox for your team, and transfers urgent calls. It does not book visits or quote prices. Running the business Scheduling and route planning for crews, with a crew mobile app. Customers, leads and estimates, with required, recommended and optional line items. Invoicing and online payments through your own Stripe account with no platform fee, plus a customer portal where clients can view and pay invoices. On Professional and above: recurring service programs and rounds with per-round billing, chemical tracking with EPA logs, seasons, multi-year contracts and renewals, storm event dispatch for snow crews, custom reports and a reviews feature. Premier adds visual report dashboards and unlimited crews. Pricing Three plans, billed monthly with no annual contract: Essential at $99, Professional at $229 and Premier at $399 a month. Every plan includes monthly AI credits (500, 1,500 or 4,000).
