## About LANDMAS

LANDMAS smoothens out the process of prioritization and allocation of land to prospective buyers, leading to a significant reduction in time and effort invested in land allotment. The system also allows provisional certification to commence works while the processes go on, ensuring minimum waiting period for the investors. That apart, the system even records construction timelines that help to monitor progress, and ultimately issue the Occupancy certificate. It also takes care of all the post allotment related activities and inspection mechanism like solutions for Erecting temporary shed for laborers, Mortgage permission of the land allotted, Amalgamation with adjacent plots, Sub-division of the land allotted, requesting for additional FSI, Enhancement of time schedule, Change of land use, Subletting constructed buildings, Change of and last but not the least Plot forfeiture and surrender. The transparency, accountability, and efficiency brought in by this solution is an essential step for ease of doing business and enhancing the investment competitiveness of a destination.
