Landlord's Desk is property-management software for independent landlords who do the work themselves. Rent charges post automatically from each lease, one per lease per month, and tenants can pay by bank transfer. Connect your bank read-only and deposits are matched to rent and expenses for you to confirm. Every correction is its own ledger entry, and security deposits have their own ledger. AI prepares, you review and approve: photograph a receipt and AI fills in the expense; upload a lease and AI pulls out tenants, dates, rent and deposit; maintenance requests get a suggested category and priority. Ask plain-English questions like "Who owes rent?" You also get a Today dashboard, cash-flow reports, a Schedule E summary for your tax preparer, CSV exports, listings, online applications, built-in e-signatures, and Chicago and Illinois lease documents. Plans start at $19/month. No credit card is needed to start.
