I like the ease of development. Other platforms use Google Dialog flow which are not very intuitive. Landbot has their own built in development platform which are so very easy to use. And like I said, support staff is always available.

Another great feature is that its available for both IoS and Andriod operating systems. Tools like Wasavi are available only in Andriod, so Landbot excels here. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are three minor shortcomings:

1) In the BOT development, I wish there was a scroll bar available to move the flowcharts to the right. The available alternative is to press shift key and mouse and move the landscape around

2) I wish there was a feature like Auto arrange the flows as my flow had over 50 flow diagrams and I had to manually move them around

3) I also wish there were WhatsApp emoticons which can be inserted in my flows and messages (like smiley, yoga, shower emoticons etc.).
