It's a straightforward app to drag and drop blocks and connect them. One example is a payment process in which we needed to receive uploaded files from the customer. It doesn't seem to have direct PayPal integration for some reason. We're using Stripe right now, but some customers may prefer to use PayPal still. Also, we had some problems regarding fields that needed validation, like phone and email fields. For example, we found leads that put text on the phone field, like "My phone number is XXXXXXXXXX."
