MapRight is a cool and effective application for creating maps which provide all the details and at the same time are visually attractive. I am fascinated with the feature of the maps that ones can add icons, labels and even tends to provide 360-degree view easily. What do you dislike about Land id (formerly MapRight)? Such limited functions are one of the drawbacks of the MapRight mobile app as contrasted with the application for desktop. Some functions - for instance, adjusting complicated data parametric features or constructing customized reports - are not available on mobile platforms. MapRight makes map reading and map sharing very easy whether embedding them online ,emailing them or printing out a Pdf .It provides and ensures flexibility by providing a powerful mobile app so I can take the map with me anywhere.MapRight has countless styling and customization options such as the ability to draw boundaries ,label and group specific items and track key information in a visual context.It makes GIS technology accessible with user friendly features. MapRight easily add GIS layers ,upload your own data from other sources ,or choose from an array of preloaded layers.The products map is fully customizable;attaches aerial photographs ,panoramic images and video to specific locations on the map,add labels and icons and use measurement tools to draw shapes and gather precise measurements..MapRight has helped us in real estate to modify maps easily hence saving time and also the maps can be easily shared send maps over txt,email or upload then directly to my own websites using the embed script provided. I found MapRight very useful.To begin with I really found it very friendly for creating the personalised maps.Since I am a newbie I found the interface very user friendly and I mastered the key features of this on my own.For real estate brokers and architects this is indeed a great tool. The regular updates do not ensure data and smooth platform performance. It is fantastic if the platform underwent a makeover resulting in maps that It lacked. Having detailed information like zoning would increase its usefulness. There are some limitations with features such as creating radius circles or utilizing monitoring. Accessing information such as parcel size, APNs (Assessor Parcel Numbers), and owner details are crucial for decision making. Seems problematic within this platform.
