**What do you like best about Lakeside Assist for ITSM?**

lakeside Assist for ITSM gave me the opportunity to get a set of user experience data right at the moment of the incident. This way, I am able to see their system usage and diagnostics at that same time and be able to fix the problem  much more quickly.

**What do you dislike about Lakeside Assist for ITSM?**

There is no apparent fit between ServiceNow data on the ongoing user experience and the use of Assist. This means that I am still able to track long term usage patterns or find frequent problems for a particular user.

**What problems is Lakeside Assist for ITSM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lakeside Assist for ITSM enabled me to view a user's system status during the incident and that helped me solve problems with a great degree of precision. This means that users are satisfied, tickets are closed faster and there are fewer tickets that remain unresolved.
