So far so good, DO not have particular unsatisfactory , but I know Laiye has certain limitations, also I know it has AI platform so I will try to use it. RPA depliyment requires a clear understanding of the process operation, and sometimes there is an information error between developers and business people, resulting in inaccurate processes, however, this is also a widespread problem of friction between IT and business people. the good thing is that Laiye RPA is very easy to learn, and we are now encouraging business people to learn and develop their own processes. Currently used in the financial department: bank daily flow download reconciliation scenario, tax declaration scenario and tax archiving scenario. There is a lot of repetitive work in these scenarios. The finance department used a total of 5 robots, with an efficiency increase of 200%. The working hours of six financial staff were released.
