There is nothing particularly unsatisfactory. 3. RPA does have certain usage limitations, but I know Laiye also has AI products, and I am planning to try them out, hoping to expand the scope of application. 4. Deploying RPA requires a very clear understanding of process operations. Sometimes there can be information discrepancies between developers and business personnel, leading to inaccurate processes. However, this is a very common issue of integration between IT and business personnel. Fortunately, UiBot is very easy to learn, and we are now encouraging business personnel to learn independently and develop processes themselves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Deployed xx robots in the xx department and xx scenario, improving efficiency by xx, saving xx time/cost annually. 2. We chose Laiye RPA because of xxx, e.g., stable product, high security, fast service response, seamless integration of RPA+AI, AI capabilities ready to use out of the box. 3. Next steps, e.g., very satisfied and will continue to deploy in more scenarios; hope to establish our own CoE with the help of Laiye Technology for large-scale RPA deployment; hope to introduce an AI capability platform to expand the applicability of existing RPA processes.
