It runs entirely in the browser on phone, tablet and desktop, with nothing to download or install. You start either from a blank document or by uploading an existing PDF or DOCX, which Laddro parses into editable sections. From there you choose from 43 resume templates and 9 cover letter templates. Every template carries a real ATS compatibility score from 5.5 to 9.5 out of 10, rather than a vague "ATS friendly" label, and you can filter by that score as well as by layout, style and use case before you commit. Many templates also come in a photo variant for European markets where a photo is expected. Colors, fonts, margins and line spacing are all adjustable, so the same content can be restyled for a different employer without retyping anything. AI tailoring takes a job description and rewrites your resume against it, matching the language of the advert instead of sprinkling in keywords. The cover letter generator works the same way and picks up the specific role and company from the job ad. A built in job application tracker records every application, its status and your notes on each company, so the whole search stays organized in one place. Laddro is available in 16 languages: English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Icelandic, Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Estonian, Romanian and Czech. This is not machine translation. Each market gets its own examples, guides and hiring conventions, down to native URLs. Building and editing resumes is free and unlimited, and every account includes one free document download. After that there are two ways to pay. Credits are pay as you go, starting at 4.99 EUR for 5 credits, where one credit covers one action such as a download or an AI tailoring run. Subscriptions give unlimited downloads and all AI features at 5.99 EUR per week, 9.99 EUR per two weeks, or 14.99 EUR per month. There are no hidden costs, auto renewal can be switched off during checkout, and a subscription can be cancelled from the account page at any time. Data is encrypted and stored in the EU under GDPR. An account and everything in it can be deleted permanently at any time from account settings.
