**What do you like best about LABGEN LIS?**

I like how easy it is to navigate and use the functions. I like the multiply functions Labgen has.

**What do you dislike about LABGEN LIS?**

I dislike the how the system would glitch on me and not process a command or order.

**Recommendations to others considering LABGEN LIS:**

Make sure you have a sturdy IT team. The program has issues that take time to be fixed. Thr easiest way to get through it is to work through it all.

**What problems is LABGEN LIS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used Labgen to order medical test. Labgen was being used as LIMS. I realized it was a quick way to process orders
