The integration capabilities coupled with the order entry interface is among the best we have used in 10+ years experience. The reporting capabilities are also extensive which is critical to our business management. **What do you dislike about LABGEN LIS?** At first it looks overly simple to the naked eye. I like the multiply functions Labgen has. **What do you dislike about LABGEN LIS?** I dislike the how the system would glitch on me and not process a command or order. **Recommendations to others considering LABGEN LIS:** Make sure you have a sturdy IT team. The program has issues that take time to be fixed. Thr easiest way to get through it is to work through it all. **What problems is LABGEN LIS solving and how is that benefiting you?** I used Labgen to order medical test. Labgen was being used as LIMS. I realized it was a quick way to process orders ### 3. Literally, try anybody else. **What problems is LABGEN LIS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Just trying to set-up routine LIS with Chemistry tests and CBC's. Took them several months, and Horiba and Bio-Rad basically questioned whether they knew how to do anything. ### 4. They follow up until the issue is resolved to our satisfaction. **What do you dislike about LABGEN LIS?** Although we have worked around it, when they loaded it on our system it was not clean. Too much minutia we do not use. **Recommendations to others considering LABGEN LIS:** Highly rec. **What problems is LABGEN LIS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Labgen has made us much more efficient as a lab. They are able to connect to any office's EHR system is relatively short time. As I mentioned above they jump on any problems quickly and get them resolved quickly. That is critical in order to keep our clients happy. I briefly played with the idea of switching LIS systems (you know the grass is always greener) and could not find one equivalent one. ### 5. We are never down and every day when we log-in or our clients log in online, they can confidently expect the program to be working properly. Labgen is also compatible with every EMR so compatibility and connectivity has NEVER been an issue. ### 8.
