The amount of steps to set up the label. You should be able to select the color in the same window where you add the name and select the nest folder. It's a pain to doit after. Labelizer for Gsuite is best for managing emails such as archiving, filtering, creating groups, etc. Since I use Gmail professionally at work, and also for personal use, it helps me stay focused and efficient. As mentioned before, as this is an add-on, many organizations will not allow external add-ons to be enabled on their systems. What problems is Labelizer for G Suite solving and how is that benefiting you? Gmail by default has limited options for filtering and creating groups. I use flags and color markers to keep the emails organized but it still gets messy. Labelizer for Gsuite comes in place here where it becomes efficient by exactly fulfilling my needs. Labelizer for Gsuite is very helpful for a uses gmail for professional work like me, it helps archiving, making work groups, mail management easy. Unlike outlook and other email servers out there in the market, gmail has limited options for making groups, and manage emails in a effortless way. Labelizer comes into place there. That is why if we change systems or use some other device to access the mail, the labelizer wont be enabled automatically. We need to install it everytime which is little annoying. Since by default, Gmail doesn't have many options for email management, workflow management, and archiving. I like that it's automatically integrated with G suite since that is what starting businesses mostly use nowadays and the ease of use. I think as a company grows more and teams become huge, labelizer might fall short and we might need to migrate to an alternative, which would be a pain because people enjoy feeling comfortable with what they've learned.
