The UI is very simple, but extremely clear and powerful, leading to easy customization that's very flexible. Has made printing barcode labels an absolute breeze. Being able to print natively via a Mac without any third party drivers is a dream.

The best part of this software is the GUI, it makes it extremely easy to layout, manipulate and proof my labels. Being able to populate all of my dynamic fields via a basic spreadsheet is also very helpful. Overall Label LIVE has made my labeling more efficient and exceptionally easy to do.

I really haven't had any major issues with Label LIVE. Probably the only complaint I have is that it can be a bit sluggish at times but even that could be attributed to my bargain basement workstation.

Occassionally it will give me an error message stating it can't locate my printer, though it still sends print jobs just fine.

Also, it can take a really long time (30+ minutes) to render a PDF file version of my labels. But to be fair, I'm usually only running that process for 600-1200 labels at a time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are farm based out of Ohio that ships speciality products worldwide. We recently opened a farm market and neeeded a system to print out our nutrition labels to be compliant with FDA requirements. Label Live has been a fantastic system to fill that need! Big enough to handle all the data, small enough to be affordable and accessible. We are PLEASED that we get such a useful software while also helping a small, family-oriented business like ourselves! For what it offers and can do, the price is great and made it worth it!

Though I've had a few glitches that ultimately were just formatting issues, I would have loved a more user-friendly, verbose explaination of the problems so I didn't have to spend so much time with trial and error. My advice, the spreadsheet/data you are importing should be treated AS A DATABASE. Minimize anything that isn't meant for the program to actually use. Don't add any instructional text or info for the person doing the data entry. It can quicky break things and you won't have any idea why things are odd.
