Labbyk is software for Umrah and Hajj travel agencies. It replaces the mix of flyers, Excel sheets and WhatsApp chats that most agencies use to run a season. Get online in minutes. Choose a design and upload your package flyer. Labbyk reads the hotels, dates and prices and builds the package page for you. Your website works on phones, shows how far each hotel is from the Haram, sends enquiries straight to your WhatsApp, and can be shown in nine languages, including Arabic, Urdu and Hindi. Use your own domain or a free labbyk.in address. Run the agency from the same place. Every enquiry and booking, from your website or your office, sits in one list. Record payments and send receipts on WhatsApp. See who still owes money. Pilgrims and passports. Scan a passport with your phone camera, and Labbyk fills in the details and checks them. Bring old Excel sheets over in minutes: Labbyk matches the columns for you. Pilgrims can send their own passport photos and documents through a private link. Labbyk warns you about passports that will expire before the trip. Departure groups. See every group's readiness at a glance: visas, tickets, documents and money. Arrange rooms automatically, keeping families together. Download the rooming list, manifest and visa sheet. Promote. Make package flyers and run Google and Facebook/Instagram ads from inside Labbyk. Plans start at ₹600 a month (billed yearly) in India and $15 a month elsewhere, with a 14-day free trial and no card needed.
