What do you like best about L2L?

What is most helpful using L2L is that we can have access to real data for analyses about the production performance. WE can easily input data and get I quick feedback about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about L2L?

What do you like best about L2L?

This system truly shines when it comes to shedding light on the realities of your production floor. Whether it’s tracking maintenance downtime, labor hours, or resource allocation, the visibility it provides is both immediate and actionable. I’ve been working with this platform since 2019 and have helped implement it across more than eight facilities—replacing a mix of homegrown tools and off-the-shelf systems along the way.

What stands out most is its ease of implementation and flexibility in growth. You can start small, scale smartly, and tap into robust functionality as you grow. The API capabilities make it possible to connect with your ERP or SCADA systems, streamlining data flows across the board. It's better when you think outside the box to solution problems beyond production and maintenance.

And after years of partnering with L2L, it’s not just a vendor relationship—it’s friendships. That kind of collaboration makes a real difference, especially when you’re driving continuous improvement across sites. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about L2L?

If there’s one frustration, it’s the wait time on feature requests. Prioritization can feel like a slow burn. That said, I’m hard-pressed to think of another company that does it better. The openness to feedback, opportunities for beta testing, and their genuine desire to co-develop solutions makes L2L a standout partner.

"L2L, a very useful tool in manufacturing (Mfg 4.0)."

What do you like best about L2L?

Highly addaptable to use for a lot of tasks within the manufacturing environment. It covers production and maintenance, but we have also expanded it to track variances, expand notifications for tasks and actions, and we use it for labor time tracking and management.

The software is easy to train on and use. It can be accessed from multiple platforms, for PC, tablet, to cell phones. An easy to "take with you" platform for use even when in the"field".

Since it's launch we have modified and added processes without the need for support ouside of internal employees and the site administrator(s). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about L2L?

The reporting and print out of reports ins't the best in class, but we have adapted to capturing screen shots and links to data. The Maintenance side of the software isn't as robust as the Production side of the reporting software, but it is acceptable and usable for our application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
