It is easy to navigate and made training much simpler for newhires to have easy access to all the information they need, and for management to be able to see who and when employees have completed the nessesary check ins. **What do you dislike about L2L?** I hope that eventually there will be more options or allerts for the check ins- for example on the Audits: if there could be an allert set to let you know when your last was submited so you know by looking at the audit when to complete another. **What problems is L2L solving and how is that benefiting you?** Swipe guide has created a more simplistic way of training for our company. ### 2. I primarily use it to track and monitor progress of safety work orders that require involvement by Maintenance. From that standpoint, it is very helpful. I like that you can upload pictures of the equipment to be repaired. **What do you dislike about L2L?** The mobile app is helpful; however, there have been a few times where I have used it to submit new safety maintenance work orders, and when I go to the desktop app, I cannot find them. I then had to resubmit the work orders. **What problems is L2L solving and how is that benefiting you?** I don't know what any of these are. The other issue is there are not enough descriptions regarding the area that needs the work, especially outside areas. But if not, they will escalate and get back w/ you very soon and keep you updated. **What do you dislike about L2L?** I've not found anything I'd say I disliked. **Recommendations to others considering L2L:** Judge fairly based on Cost per feature w/ other platforms. Others may offer more features, but may require an in-depth set of resources to manage / maintain. Please be sure to add that into your cost analysis. The search feature is useful, but some operators are discouraged by how long it takes to navigate the home screen. **What problems is L2L solving and how is that benefiting you?** When there is an update, you no longer have to find all of the paper copies of work instructions on the floor. The support team is rapid and will help you figure it out or even pass things along to their developers if nesecery. And the power of their APIs allow me to do more than just integrations, I can develop custom features and functions expanding the baseline functionality and feature set **What do you dislike about L2L?** The downside has been the API key management system. Because it is so useful I now have dozens of seperste integrations. But this was clearly designed with a smaller scope in mind and not dozens of sites across multiple servers. While it's completely functional, it becomes hard to keep track of it all without keeping your own data sheets when you are managing permissions and responsibilities with dozens of API keys and dozens of developers across over 80 different facilities. Hopefully this will be addressed soon **Recommendations to others considering L2L:** Hire a programmer to help with integration (and no, not me, I'm too busy). L2L really shines when you connect it to all your other systems and it becomes a seamless and automated tool. But you will want dedicated support who understands how L2L works and L2L development best practices to make sure it is integrated well. **What problems is L2L solving and how is that benefiting you?** While intended as a lean manufacturing tool and it is great at that, I'm a programmer and so L2L solved a different set of problems for me. Because of the power of the software and the APIs, I am able to utilize L2L for many business and manufacturing problems far beyond manufacturing. Everything from tracking PPE supply allocation and distribution rates across the US to tracking and gaining awareness of undesired cultural behaviors like running meetings late. I have been able to harness the manufacturing and dispatch models and use the APIs to solve all kinds of manufacturing and business needs ### 40. The user is able to see how your genba is doing and also provide a outstanding level of management for leaders. Surely, the quality of your information is the quality of your decisions and L2L help the users do it pretty well. **What problems is L2L solving and how is that benefiting you?** Surely L2L solved a couple of issues we faced in the past, specially problems regarding cronics issues for maintenance, systems allowed to see the biggest issues and put the energy in the right place to solve it. It keeps everything I need to review easily organized as well as the scheduling and keeps me on top of all my daily tasks. If I have an issue with L2L I know I can contact the support team and they will be able to help me fix any issues that I have or they can direct me to someone if they can not fix an issue. All their systems or modules they have are very useful and we use eveyone of them. We use the Skill's and the Lean tools as well as the production modules. We use the work order system and the documents and the disptach module as well. Every module is very easy to manage as well as easy to access. Also L2L has very good training videos that they have so if you don't know how to do something you can go into the help area and type in your problem and it will show you some quick examples of how to use the module or how to fix an issue that you might have. I work with the maintenance side of things so I need to know the how often a machine goes down or when a machine needs cleaning done. We use this system to not only schedule our cleaning on machines but also to notify specific people and assign them to do the work once the cleaning launches. All the screens are very easy to manuver. When using the Documents module you can create documents like checklists spreadsheets and have the ability to have an approver for each document type so nothing gets approved unless the approvers agree to it. You can also save link as a document so you can have a location that only specific people have access and have a link in L2L that can view only the specific document you want available so you keep the rest of your information secured. Also the Skill module is great!!! You are able to create specific skills that an associate would need to know and track the progress. We also can show the operators picture and what role he is assigned as and what skill level the operator is at.And if the associate needs training it will signal an email or a text message to a phone letting the right person responsible for training know that they don't have training and need training on a specific skill. **What do you dislike about L2L?** There is nothing I don't like. I know that if I have an issue, I can contact someone, and L2L will work on getting it fixed as fast as possible. Or let me know options on how to correct the issues I am having. L2L always explains any changes that are needed. The specific things that are available when I do have an issue are great and easy to find and usually I have my Issue address within a few hrs. If its something that is going to take a programmer or its determined to be a bug in the system they will let me know an approximate time frame I can expect this to be fixed. **What problems is L2L solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use L2L to track downtime issues in maintenance and help with repeated problems to help eliminate duplicate issues. We also use the notification process to notify the people responsible for correcting the problems immediately. We have a lot of issues with downtime, and OA so we use the spares module to help eliminate downtime and show our resource pool of available people to be dispatched to a specific call. And once we know who is available they will be assigned to a downtime call and tracked to see how long the downtime took and after a specfic timeframe if it took too long they will have to have a follow up disptach explaining a way to fix this issue in the near future so this doesn't happen again. ### 48.
