In terms of making them, it's extremely user-friendly as well. I really like the clean look of the platform. I also really appreciate the analytics reports I can download. It's very easy to understand and I can make efficient reports to highlight swipeguide completion targets. **What do you dislike about L2L?** If i have multiple guides, I wish I could group them together in a folder to view their analytics. I know you can have multiple checklists in a guide, but then you only use one QR code to access them all, which prevents people from going to the proper location to complete the checklist. **What problems is L2L solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps people on our production floor do daily checks of the rooms to find any problems, missing items, parts that need repair, etc. When you work in the same room every day, it's easy to miss things. It took little to no time to learn about the features and to actually start incorporating our needs. The platform seems easy to both integrate and implement into our current system, and will most certaintly help us improve the quality of our work instructions in the future. **What do you dislike about L2L?** It would be nice is SwipeGuide had a few more features, such as the ability to have more editing options when it comes to pictures. A short example is that yesterday I created a new account for one of our employees who wanted to create an user instruction. (he was made enthusiastic by hearing how much it helped his colleagues) Within 30 minutes he was able to have used the platform and finish creating the instruction on how to use our instrument for measuring viscosity. **What do you dislike about L2L?** It is not perse a dislike but more of a point of improvement. SwipeGuide is relatively a young company therefore certain features could still be lacking. For example checklist offer only a yes or no option. For some companies that would be enough but we need a bit more options to create detailed reports. However with the way the support is given by the SwipeGuide team I have no doubt that the product will be developed much further. In our evaluation calls the team listens to the needs of me and my team and look towards a way of implementing the needs in the system. **What problems is L2L solving and how is that benefiting you?** SwipeGuide is solving for us that we get the 'tribal' knowledge out of the head of the operators and into a system. The system is available to everyone that needs to work in our production. We take a burden of the knowledgeable and experienced operators and we make our proces more sturdy. Within half an hour we created a guide including visuals. From now on users of this equipment can learn how to do the measurements by themselfs and an explanation by a colleague is no longer required. **What do you dislike about L2L?** It was quite a hassle to login at first. There was some unclarity about the fact that I had to fill in a workspace code. A colleague had stumbled upon this problem before and helped me to fix this problem. **What problems is L2L solving and how is that benefiting you?** In our company a lot of knowlegde is not documented, so SwipeGuide helps us to make structured and visual work instructions. They want to hear what they can do to meet our company's needs and make product adjustments. \improve their product. **What do you dislike about L2L?** We desire to use SG as a certification tool as well, and it would be nice if we could provide a better assessment tool for scenarios like that. We also struggle with retrieving data that SG collects. It can be hard to remember the details of certain tasks when you do them once a month. It is nice to know I can refresh my memory in a few short clicks. The image and video upload allows for easy understanding between writer and reader. The security of the site is, additionally, a big plus. Everyone is very pleased with the accessibility and assistance with the learning curve. Customer support is engaging and responsive. Itegrating the product into the workforce is easily accomplished with tablets on the floor. The number of features is sufficient for our use-case. While we do not have a frequent usage of the product currently, our goal is to do a more widespread training in the near future. **What do you dislike about L2L?** Minimal length of videos allowed for each step makes instructions more difficult to complete. It is also a bit difficult to quickly see which instructions are published and which are unpublished. I also dislike the ability to not publish part of an instruction while it is being modified. Once when everything gets completely ironed out, this will be a very robust platform.
