L/C Document Check Assistant is an offline tool that helps documentary credit staff, import/export sales staff and trade document operators compare their documents against a letter of credit before presenting them to the bank. Paste a SWIFT MT700 or plain-text L/C and the key terms are extracted: L/C number, dates, presentation period, beneficiary, applicant, goods, quantity, currency, amount, tolerance, ports, shipping marks, B/L requirements and additional conditions. Enter or paste the proforma invoice, commercial invoice and packing list, plus shipment and presentation dates and the B/L details, then run a field-by-field check. Findings are graded as serious discrepancies, hints or matches, with amount and quantity checked against the L/C tolerance, dates against the L/C deadlines, differing words highlighted and a remark field for the correction plan. Export a PDF report grouped by risk level or a CSV list of discrepancies, keep a project per L/C and save L/C templates for repeat customers. English and Spanish interface, light and dark mode. Nothing to install: it runs in your browser on Windows or Mac, and documents stay on your own computer. Sold as a one-time purchase with a lifetime license (2 activations), no subscription. It is a comparison aid, not a bank examination or legal guarantee, and it does not connect to any bank.
