"Centralized Cash Management with Room for Simplification"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Kyriba?

I like Kyriba for the centralized visibility and control it provides our treasury function. Having all global bank balances, payments, daily transactions, bank account management, and debt/investments all in one platform greatly reduces the need for multiple spreadsheets, shared drives, and bank portals. It solves the challenge of fragmented cash visibility across multiple banks, accounts, and global subsidiaries by consolidating all reporting into a single platform. Kyriba eliminates inefficiencies and provides real-time visibility, which greatly aids in cash positioning and liquidity decisions. From a control standpoint, Kyriba enforces structured workflows, approval hierarchies, and segregation of duties, which I find valuable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kyriba?

Some workflows and configurations can feel complex and require specialized knowledge to maintain, which can increase dependency on administrators or external support. Greater flexibility and simplification in certain setup areas would improve usability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Anne Kennedy of Kyriba

Tyler - thanks for outlining your experience so clearly. We’re glad Kyriba is delivering the centralized visibility and control you need and also appreciate you highlighting the value of structured workflows, approval hierarchies, and segregation of duties. We take your experience seriously and value your continued support.

"Kyriba Brings Centralized Cash Visibility"
4/5
What do you like best about Kyriba?

My team has had Kyriba since 2016, and overall have had a positive, excelling experience. It took a long time to implement, but after a couple of years of utilization, it has become a key part of our global cash management strategies. We value Kyriba for its foundational, centralized, consolidated cash visibility across multiple regions and accounts, eased file integration from external bank and FX platforms, and then internally with our ERP system. From there, we have developed processes through payment platform for domestic wires, a bank fee analysis, and dynamic forecasting.

We are always finding ways to customize and improve our Kyriba platform, and appreciate all the support from the website, frequent updates, webinars and newsletters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kyriba?

The bank account management module is overly complicated. One example is when deleting a signer, instead of unwinding all their authorities, I would prefer to simply delete the signer, and Kyriba automatically follows with a deletion of all their authorities (and in similar aspect, the administration module too). To have an individual from the database show up on the FBAR report, one must individually edit each individual signer authority. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Anne Kennedy of Kyriba

Thank you for the thoughtful review Bella. It's amazing to hear you've been a customer for 10 years! We think the customization within the platform and customer support are key as well to your success. We value your feedback on the bank account module, and we’ll share it with our product teams as we continue working to simplify these governance and compliance processes.

"Robust Treasury Management with Efficient ACH Processing"
4/5
What do you like best about Kyriba?

I find Kyriba to be a powerful and comprehensive Treasury Management System that supports our core treasury activities, including payments, cash positioning, forecasting, and investment activity. Once implemented and properly configured, it becomes a central system of record for liquidity and treasury decision-making. I really like the centralized cash visibility across multiple banks and accounts that Kyriba provides. It enables visibility on prior day and intraday balances, as well as forecasted flows, which supports precision decision-making on activities like cash concentration efforts for investing. The overall user experience is also a positive aspect for me. The feature that I value the most is the bulk ACH upload process. Before implementing this feature, we had to enter individual ACH payments and control totals on our bank portal. Now, we can load them via a template, approve a single total with detailed attachment, and enter one control total at the bank. This ability to handle up to 100 ACH payments in one batch through bulk upload has made the entire process extremely efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kyriba?

We lost pending payments on the home screen with the new UI and with multiple approvers for different transactions, we leaned on that as a quick reference point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Anne Kennedy of Kyriba

Hi Kristin! We appreciate the thoughtful review and taking the time to share your positive experience with Kyriba. We're glad that your team finds the bulk ACH upload feature valuable. Thanks again for your partnership and for taking the time to help us make Kyriba better.

"A Robust Treasury Platform with Strong Liquidity and Payment Capabilities"
4/5
What do you like best about Kyriba?

What I like best about Kyriba is the overall stability of the platform.

It is a robust and reliable solution that supports critical treasury operations on a daily basis.

I also appreciate the frequent updates, which continuously improve the platform and introduce new capabilities without disrupting existing processes.

The rich set of native functionalities is another strong advantage, as it reduces the need for custom developments and simplifies operations.

Finally, Kyriba’s extensive bank connectivity makes it easier to integrate with multiple financial institutions, streamline payments, and centralize cash and liquidity management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kyriba?

One aspect I dislike about Kyriba is the complexity of its licensing model.

Understanding and managing licenses across modules, users, and volumes can be challenging and requires careful governance.

Another limitation is that some notifications are only delivered by email, which restricts real-time visibility and limits integration with other monitoring or collaboration tools.

Finally, the Open API has certain limitations, such as rate limits (number of calls per 30 seconds) and daily call quotas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Tom Callway of Kyriba

Thanks so much for the thoughtful review and for trusting Kyriba to run your critical treasury operations. We’re really glad to hear the platform’s stability, frequent updates, native functionality, and broad bank connectivity are delivering value for your cash, liquidity, and payments processes.

We also appreciate you calling out the areas where we can make things easier. Licensing complexity is a fair point - governance across modules, users, and volumes shouldn’t feel harder than it needs to. If you’re open to it, we’d welcome the chance to connect with you to review your current setup and help simplify how licenses are understood and managed.

On notifications, we hear you on the need for more real-time visibility and better integration beyond email. And on the Open API limits, thank you for the specific feedback - those constraints can impact monitoring and integration patterns, and your perspective helps inform our roadmap.

If you’re willing, please reach out (or connect with your Kyriba contact) so we can better understand your use cases and share options and best practices that may help in the near term.

"Timesaver for Property Management"
5/5
What do you like best about Kyriba?

Kyriba is quite user-friendly, especially for handling daily tasks and reviewing my team's work. By integrating Kyriba with our primary banks, we have streamlined the wiring process, which has greatly reduced the amount of time the team spends on wires each day. Previously, this used to take up more than half of their day, but now, for non-integrated banks, it only takes about two hours. My team uses Kyriba daily for reporting and to ensure the accuracy of activity across the 400+ bank accounts we manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kyriba?

One aspect I think could be improved is the clarity of payment statuses. When a payment is processed, the term "Terminated" is used, which generally has a negative connotation. For those who are not involved with the system on a daily basis, seeing a payment marked as "Terminated" can be alarming and may cause unnecessary concern. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Tom Callway of Kyriba

Thank you for your thoughtful review and for sharing such a practical example of the time savings your team has achieved. We’re glad Kyriba’s bank integrations have streamlined your wiring process, and that you’re able to use the platform daily to review activity and reporting across 400+ bank accounts with confidence.

We also appreciate the feedback on payment status wording. You’re right that “Terminated” can read negatively to occasional users, even when the payment flow is complete. We’ll share this with our product team, and in the meantime your Kyriba support/CS team can help review status definitions and user guidance so stakeholders see clear, less alarming context.

"Kyriba Simplifies Treasury Processes with Intuitive Platform"
5/5
What do you like best about Kyriba?

I like that Kyriba works effectively and it's very intuitive to use. I also appreciate the auto coding feature that speeds up the weekly reconciliation process for different transactions. It integrates well with our FX hedging platform, enabling seamless auto integration for FX trades to be paid to our counterparties. Everyone talks about how great it was to move over to Kyriba because it works well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kyriba?

We don't generally use the cash forecasting system because we find that our manual process is pretty intuitive and straightforward. So that is something that we could maybe look into or learn about more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Anne Kennedy of Kyriba

Hi Sydney and thank you sharing your honest feedback about Kyriba. We’re glad it has been intuitive to use and that auto-coding is helping speed up your weekly reconciliations, along with seamless integration for FX trades and payments. Let us know when you're ready to explore cash forecasting and we’d be happy to help you learn what’s possible and see if it can complement your current process.

"Solid Cash Management with Some Setup Challenges"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Kyriba?

I love Kyriba's real-time cash positioning feature, which is very strong and allows me to see balances across multiple banks and accounts all in one dashboard, saving me a lot of manual work. I also find the forecasting templates useful once they're set up. The bank connectivity is solid once the foundation is established, and data flows in automatically without much maintenance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kyriba?

Onboarding/Implementation can be lengthy and complex, it takes a lot of effort before your up and running. I don't like that it reports transactions in absolute values. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Anne Kennedy of Kyriba

Thanks for your feedback George! We hear you on implementation journey, but glad to hear you're up and running.

"Kyriba: A Robust Solution for Eliminating Manual Treasury Workflow"
5/5
What do you like best about Kyriba?

Kyriba is a powerhouse for global treasury management. The standout strengths for me are its extensive global payments library and its robust API connectors, which make bank and ERP integrations far less painful than with traditional methods. The interface also feels modern and easy to navigate, and the team’s commitment to AI innovation helps the platform stay ahead of the curve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kyriba?

Because the platform is robust and feature-rich, the initial setup and learning curve can feel quite steep. It takes a significant time investment to move beyond the basic functions and fully take advantage of the more advanced treasury modules. While the UI itself is intuitive, the backend configuration requires a high level of precision to get everything working correctly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Anne Kennedy of Kyriba

Hello - We’re glad Kyriba is helping you move away from “spreadsheet treasury” by centralizing your global banking footprint, improving cash visibility, and creating a more scalable, controlled approach to payments. It’s also great to hear that our global payments library, API connectivity, and modern user experience are making integrations with banks and your ERP easier and less manual. Your perspective is valuable and helps reinforce our focus on making implementation and enablement smoother as customers grow with the platform.

"All Our Bank Data in One Place with Kyriba"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Kyriba?

I like that Kyriba can take all of my information, bank fees and statements, and store it all. It helps me by being one place where I can find all of my data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kyriba?

I do experience some issues with integration. Sometimes, even though we’ve been doing the same process for a very long time and nothing changes, I will have files fail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Anne Kennedy of Kyriba

We really appreciate the feedback Briana!

"Centralized Cash Management, But Setup is a Hurdle"
5/5
What do you like best about Kyriba?

I like having everything in one place in Kyriba, which allows us to seamlessly manage our total cash portfolio. The automation of journal entries is a huge plus for me. I also appreciate being able to research bank transactions and perform searches with various filters and methods. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kyriba?

Managing intercompany loans didn't work well because Kyriba is set up for a one-to-one loan, but our loans flow through multiple legs or legal entities. It couldn't handle this complexity and manage the tax portions of each leg correctly. Also, the initial setup was cumbersome and required us to use a third-party consulting firm. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Anne Kennedy of Kyriba

Aaron, appreciate hearing from you all the ways that Kyriba is helping manage your cash portfolio. Your candid feedback about the implementation experience is valuable and important for us to hear. Thanks again for your partnership. Your feedback is what helps us continue improving.
