Kylas Sales CRM has been a game changer for our sales operations over the last 2 years. What I like the most is how simple, organized, and practical the platform is for managing the complete sales journey.

Before Kylas, tracking leads, follow-ups, sales activities, and team performance was challenging. Kylas brought structure and visibility into our entire sales process helping us manage pipelines, prioritize opportunities, and ensure no lead gets missed.

The intuitive interface, customizable workflows, activity tracking, automation, and reporting dashboards have helped our team stay productive and accountable. It has made decision-making easier by giving clear visibility into every stage of our sales funnel.

Overall, Kylas has not just been a CRM tool for us; it has become a daily productivity system that keeps our sales team aligned, focused, and growth-driven.

While Kylas Sales CRM has been extremely valuable for our sales operations, there are a few areas where I feel the platform can become even stronger.

Kylas Sales CRM has helped us solve one of the biggest challenges in sales managing leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in an organized and scalable way.

Before Kylas, keeping track of every opportunity, customer conversation, and sales stage was difficult. Kylas brought complete visibility into our sales pipeline, helping us monitor leads from the first interaction to closure without missing important follow-ups.

It has benefited us by improving team accountability, streamlining daily sales activities, tracking performance, and enabling better decision-making through reports and dashboards. The ability to customize pipelines and workflows according to our business process has made our sales operations much more structured.

I like that Kylas helps keep daily activities, follow ups, and communication records organized in one place. It makes it easier to keep track of ongoing work without relying on multiple spreadsheets or notes. I work as a Dietician & Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content. In my day to day work, I receive inquiries from different people, schedule follow-ups, manage contacts, and plan health awareness activities. Kylas helps keep these activities properly arranged so I can quickly see what needs attention and what has already been handled. The lead and contact management features are useful because all related information stays connected and easy to review later. I also use tasks and meetings to manage follow-up discussions and reminders, which helps me stay organized when there are multiple activities scheduled across the week.

Another thing I like is that dashboards and reports provide a quick overview of ongoing activities. Instead of manually checking different records, I can get a better view of progress from one place. Campaign-related features are also helpful when planning educational outreach and awareness activities. The interface is easy to understand, so getting started was straightforward. I use it regularly, and the performance has been good during normal daily work. Opening records, updating activities, reviewing contacts, and managing follow-ups feels smooth and does not slow down my workflow. Additionally, I am impressed by its stable performance and smooth team collaboration experience. The initial setup was quite easy, allowing us to seamlessly complete account setup, configure user permissions, and migrate data from our previous CRM tool efficiently.

To start with, its advanced custom reporting capabilities are quite limited. The built-in report templates are fairly basic and cannot support multi-dimensional data analysis. For example, when I need to combine lead sources, customer regions, and deal values to make a comprehensive monthly analysis report, I cannot create such customized views directly in the system. I have to export raw data manually and reorganize everything in spreadsheets, which takes a lot of extra time. I hope the developer can add more flexible report builders and editable custom templates, so we can pull targeted statistics and visual reports within the CRM directly.

Helping is solve multiple issues, another team of our works on Kylas, we use Apollo for prospecting, we are able to integrate both of them and get final results/leads on Zoho.

What I appreciate most about KylasCRM is its default dashboard. The interface is very clean and provides concise, clear reports for all branches, allowing me to get a comprehensive overview at a glance. I also enjoy how well organized everything is; you can easily click through to access more detailed information directly from the dashboard. This setup is extremely convenient and makes checking insights both quick and effortless.

**What do you dislike about Kylas Sales CRM?**

What I find most frustrating about Kylas Sales CRM is the lack of a default auto-refresh feature. The data does not update automatically, so unless I manually refresh the page, I end up viewing outdated information. There are times when it even displays messages like “Last refreshed: 18 hours ago.” Having the dashboard refresh on its own would be a significant improvement, as it would ensure we always have access to the most current updates without needing to refresh manually.

Again and again, there are some things that have to be updated, which resumes my work. I feel whenever it is being updated, it should not resume our work and also update in the background.
