I appreciate the ongoing monitoring feature, which is really convenient because I don't have to re-load client lists. This saves a lot of manual recurring headache. Their support is very good and they are very responsive. The initial setup was easy, as they did all the hand-holding. **What do you dislike about DecisionIQ?** I think the UX has some complexity with terminology that their help desk and videos could do a better job. They could benefit from inline help or some AI chatbot. **What problems is DecisionIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use DecisionIQ for automating our OFAC, Sanctions, PEP, and Adverse Media screening, reducing false positives, saving time and money.
