Setting up a service listing with fixed packages and paid add-ons is straightforward, and clients can see exactly what they're paying for before they order. Escrow protects both sides, messaging is fast, and support responds when there's a dispute. Categories for QA and technical work exist and get real traffic, which is more than I can say for some competing platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Kwork? Right now clients can only browse ready-made service listings. There used to be a separate open job board where a client could post a specific task with their own budget and deadline, and freelancers could apply or bid directly, instead of the client having to find and adapt a seller's fixed package to their needs. That feature isn't available here, and it's the one thing I miss most, since it's often the faster way to match an unusual request with the right person. Game design and game writing also aren't set up as their own category yet, so I have to file that work under game development, which makes it harder for the right clients to find me. Pricing tiers could use more flexibility too. The packages and add-on pricing are fairly rigid, and finer control over how many tiers I offer and how each one is priced would help. Recommendations to others considering Kwork: If you're a freelancer in a technical or niche field, build your listings around clear demo work and expect the first few orders to take patience while your profile builds a track record. I do freelance QA testing, UX audits, game design documentation and technical translation, and finding clients on my own would eat most of my working hours. Kwork gives me a storefront where people can find these services directly, agree on scope and price up front, and pay through escrow so neither side has to just trust the other blind. I have been working with Kwork for over two years, and I find it to be the best for my graphic design projects, especially logo and branding design.
