Kvarto is lease management software for organisations that lease their premises. Collect your leases and supplier contracts in one portfolio, monitor notice periods, options and other key dates on one timeline, and follow the cost of every property. The same lease data drives rent indexation, operating budget and forecast, internal rent and IFRS 16 accounting. Upload leases as PDF and Kvarto suggests the key data (lease term, notice period, indexation terms, service charges) for you to review and approve. Kai, Kvarto's AI assistant, answers questions about your leases and appendices with references to the clauses, so every answer can be checked against the source. Kvarto supports Swedish, Norwegian, Danish and Finnish indices and multiple currencies, and also handles owned properties and leases where you are the landlord. All data is stored in Sweden and processed in accordance with the GDPR.
