Kutamo is the best tool for being in touch and communicating easily. You can use it forcreating the meeting invitation links with it and share with all the members to join the meeting immediately. Allows to integrately so easily and high flexibility to any server or to any portal. The integration and collaboration capabilities of it are amazing. The customer of this software is available for 24\*7 when there is any issue or problem you face while using Kutamo, you can immediately connect with the customer executive team and have work with them. They response so quicly to users quiries and resolves the problem as soon as possible. The interface of the application is quite interesting and unique then other software in this are also unique and easy to implement. It also has the screen sharing and screen recording features in it, which are very helpful for proper detailed analysis and explainition. This also allows to do chatting in middle of the meeting with any attendy. You can use it to immediately connect and have conversion with any one from any place. Sometimes there are some occasional freezing issue in the interface and lags experienced in the working of the software.
