It connects customer, quote, job and invoice in one workflow: customer data and line items are entered once and carried through every step. kurzhand is not an ERP suite or a full accounting package; bookkeeping stays with your tax advisor. Quotes: Select a customer, tap items from your service catalog and set quantities; totals and VAT are calculated automatically. kurzhand emails the quote PDF or prepares a WhatsApp message with a link. Your customer opens the link without an account and accepts digitally, optionally with a signature, and you see when the quote was opened. Existing quotes in PDF, Word or Excel format can be imported to set up customers and services. Jobs: An accepted quote becomes a job with one click. Change orders are separate documents the customer confirms via link; once accepted, they flow into the job and the invoice. Scheduling, on-site measurements, photos, time tracking and materials with purchase price and markup are attached to the same job. Recurring jobs cover maintenance contracts. Invoicing: Invoices are created from the job, including progress invoices and a final invoice that deducts them per VAT rate. Every invoice is generated as a ZUGFeRD / Factur-X hybrid PDF/A-3b according to EN 16931; a standalone XRechnung 3.0 is available for public-sector clients. GiroCode, open items, payment reminders and dunning, bank statement matching (CAMT.053 / MT940) and a DATEV export for your tax advisor complete the process. On site: Digital acceptance with defect list, photos and customer signature, and site reports as PDF. The Team plan adds a technician view without prices or margins; technicians can record time and site notes offline and sync later. AI assistant: The "Werkbank" prepares quote drafts, site reports and entries from text or voice input. Every change requires your explicit confirmation, and it never sends anything to customers on its own. kurzhand runs in the browser on desktop and mobile, with no installation. The interface is in German; application data is hosted in Frankfurt am Main (EU). Test all features for 30 days without payment details; afterwards the account continues on a free plan unless you choose a paid one.
