Kurrent is call tracking, call routing and a business phone system on your own carrier account. Every phone line and SIP connection becomes a source you can screen, route, record and report on. Calls are checked before they ring, then routed by priority and weight, with failover when a destination does not answer. Your team gets extensions, a browser phone with noise reduction, and calling groups that ring up to 30 people at once. Add a "Call us" button to your website that rings your team. Komms AI agents can answer first and hand the caller to a person. Webhooks, an API, and recordings saved to your own storage. Kurrent costs 50% of your current call tracking bill, phone charges included. Inbound calls are $0.0032 a minute on your own Telnyx account. The minimum is $1,795 a month.
