Deployable via a code snippet or plugins for CMS and e-commerce platforms, it integrates with WooCommerce to access real-time order status, tracking, and inventory data. A shared inbox centralizes conversations with filters for open, escalated, or resolved statuses. Analytics track metrics like conversation volume and resolution rates, while security features include encrypted storage, isolated workspaces, and rate limiting.
