We love Kumu's design, performance and utility. For a total inexperienced person, it was a bit challenginge at first, but the customer service went above and beyound to help us achieve our vision. What problems is Kumu solving and how is that benefiting you? We wanted to create an interactive organizational chart that could be updated as needed. Kumu delivered exactly that and more. Our chart looks clean and professional. A year later, job positions in our department have changed, but it's every easy to update them. The chart functions perfectly. From conceptual frameworks to stakeholders. What I like best is the possibility to add any kind of fields. It beautifully draws a spreadsheet into a visual systems map.
