We literally now knock on doors, pop into each others' office and talk (and if they are available they answer), run into each other in the hallways. It is a quick and easy solution to set up and implement. It was easy to get our users onboard and configure the platform security the way we intended. The only thing I would change is to have additional documentation/user guides to make a self-guided setup easy for users not familiar with this type of platform (we had similar experience and did not necessarily need as much support).
