It's definitely a game changer and force multiplier. I love the LinkedIn to Kula profile scraping and saving for projects, drip campaigns via the flows, I love that almost everything is customizable, and the views are snapshots/digestable. You can really tell an experienced recruiter helped design and create this platform. I literally learned this system quickly and within a day. The email enrichment feature has been SPOT ON!! **What do you dislike about Kula?** Would appreciate more customization in the small things i.e. ability to create subcategories for profiles saved like "Future Follow Ups" in the project folders. The drop down options immediately go to the last option clicked each time you are saving for a project that way it speeds up harvesting profiles. **What problems is Kula solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sourcing is a key part of my job and being able to find profiles, save them into projects, and get accurate emails via the enrichment feature is AMAZING. Also its very interesting that a flow can be designed and managed by multiple team members or even multiple stakeholders of different companies to ensure maximum conversion. **What do you dislike about Kula?** Kula is still a startup and so there are some features and bugs that need to be improved and fixed. Specifically there is still no integration with Outlook. Also in some cases, when the flow skips a step, it doesn't notify yet and that can create some continuation challenges. The templates for reach outs are also super helpful and have helped us see a rise in conversation with relevant folks. **What do you dislike about Kula?** Creating the sequence can be a handful, and getting used to the product takes some time but it's still a lot easier than many of the products out there. Feedback is noted and all the bugs are fixed timely. Also, great features are rolled out from time to time. **What problems is Kula solving and how is that benefiting you?** Kula helps us automate candidate reach outs. The Kula Blueprints help us to improve candidate response rates. The Circles module helps us find rare talent from our extended networks. ### 8. But with Kula, because of multiple followups, I have been getting 70% reply rate from the candidates. This helps in increasing the funnel ### 9.
