**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I appreciate Kudos for its rewarding system that allows me to earn points, which I can use to purchase items like a new phone. This aspect is highly motivating as it encourages both personal and team engagement by recognizing individuals' achievements, fostering a positive work environment. The initial setup of Kudos was very easy, making it accessible without any cumbersome onboarding processes. Additionally, I value the platform's ability to recognize colleagues' contributions, thereby building a more cohesive team. This rewarding and recognition system seems to efficiently address the need for acknowledging everyday efforts and accomplishments, although there is room for improvement to include those who might not be involved in special projects.

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

What I like best is how it provides a visible platform to celebrate my colleagues' hard work. It ensures that great efforts don't go unnoticed and creates a public record of appreciation.

The limited quota of Kudos can be frustrating. On high-performing weeks where many teammates go above and beyond, the fixed limit prevents me from recognizing everyone who truly deserves it in the moment

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kudos solves the issue of work going unnoticed. It shines a light on the 'behind-the-scenes' effort that teams put in. For me, the main benefit is the transparency it creates; it’s much easier to maintain a positive culture when everyone’s hard work is openly acknowledged and celebrated

I like that I can choose people and how many points I can give to everyone.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I think in our company, we have a few choices of gift cards, which can be used in stores here in Belgrade, Serbia. I think we need a greater choice of sources. Also, I didn't find the rewards section in the very beginning.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to give awards to my colleagues. It lets me earn points that I can turn into gift cards and get shopping discounts.

  ### 30. Kudus isn't just a thank you, it is a THANK YOU

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paula C. | Supervisor, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I love how easy it is to recognize a fellow employee for a job well done, or thank them for going above and beyond. When I have time, I enjoy just reading through all the nice comments from one employee to another.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

It isn't necessarily that I dislike this, it is more that I would like to see a feature added that would allow all employees to be able to recognize fellow employees, not just leadership. If there was a way that leaders could be able to add more than a point for endorsing these, it would be awesome. As a leader with points to "spend" each month, I am always checking for kudos from non leadership employees recognizing a fellow employee. If it is from one of my employees and I am tagged in the comments, I then copy and paste it into a kudos from me so that it receives points. It would be nice if a leader could endorse in different levels, such as thank you and excellent. If I could do that, along with a required comment, I feel that all employees would be more inclined to put in kudos and more leaders would be able to share their points easily, if they agreed with the comment. Also, if there was a way that leaders could be tagged on all their staff without others having to tag them, it would be amazing! Thank you and keep up the awesome platform you have created!

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before we had kudos, I would spend my own money buying something for everyone randomly or after a big accomplishment. I no longer feel that burden.

  ### 31. Great work incentive

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mariah B. | Patient Account Representative - Cash Operations, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

It really nice that we can be recognized at work and that our hard work can actually turn into something physical that we can use in our personal life. My company even sends kudos for our Christmas bonus which would equal out to more than I've gotten at some other hospitals. Because there is access to turning them into gift cards it doesn't just have to be for fun items but also for things that I need at home like groceries or house supplies. It is very easy to use and I have yet to have issues where I need to contact costumer support. I like that we get reminders once a month to go recognize someone.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

The only downside is if you're in a position that doesn't have a lot of coworker interactions then you can be limited on getting Kudos for good work or helping patients. Whereas someone that is constantly patient facing getting good comments about them would be recognized more often.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping with moral. I work alone most of the time so randomly being recognized can help you feel like you're doing a good job. Helps keep the momentum going.

This aspect is particularly meaningful as these values are linked to our company's values, which shows that the team is living them and working together towards the same goal. I also appreciate how easy it was to set up Kudos initially, making the onboarding process smooth and hassle-free for the entire team. Overall, I am impressed with Kudos' functionality and am likely to recommend it highly to others.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I dislike the limited vendor offerings in Europe. While the United States has a broad selection of vendors available through Kudos, the options in Europe are restricted and lack variety. This discrepancy makes it challenging to find vendors that provide significant value and benefits, beyond generic options like Amazon.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to recognize my team, encourage collaboration, and provide positive feedback, aligning with company values and ensuring we work towards shared goals.

  ### 34. Kudos is a great platform to say a thanks to colleagues and to receive thanks also.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** derek g. | Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

An easy and effective way to say "thanks" to colleagues for helping with work tasks. It is also, always appreciated by recipients. Its great that the points can be used for stuff also.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

Nothing really. Its just a good platform.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Building a positive culture

  ### 35. A Great Way to Show Appreciation to Colleagues

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Civic & Social Organization | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

That is a great tool for showing appreciation for your colleagues' work.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

One downside of using Kudos is that it doesn’t give you much flexibility in how many points you can use when rewarding your coworkers.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At our company, it’s been challenging to create reward systems that truly work in practice. Kudos has helped us overcome that issue and put something in place that feels effective.

  ### 36. Fun, easy to use.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** samantha o. | receptionist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I like that you can redeem your points for giftcards and that they are easy to access. I also like that giving your co workers points can make them a little happier and also be able to go redeem things that they would like, it makes it like you get little rewards/bonus'. I did have trouble redeeming the gift cards at first but the customer support made it super easy to see what i was missing. I probably log on and give points out twice a month but only because of the amount of points we have to give. If we had more points to give, i would probably use a lot more.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I disllike that you don't get more than 100 points to give, I wish i had just a little more to give a few more co workers through out each month.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't think anything, its just incentivizing me for points so i can get rewards.

  ### 37. Effective Recognition Tool with User-Friendly Interface

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shayna F. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I appreciate that Kudos is very user-friendly, allowing me to send a message quickly. The fact that it's a 'written' communication makes it feel more meaningful than just saying thank you verbally, although a simple 'thank you' also goes a long way. I think it's a great platform overall.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I don't think I have found anything I don't like about it, other than the fact that I sometimes forget about it for a little while.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kudos provides a more formal way to say thank you and is shared with management for visibility. It's user-friendly and quick for communication.

  ### 38. Strengthen Work Networking, Encourage Effectively

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexandra M. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I use Kudos to recognize collaborative work with my colleagues during the month. I believe the most relevant benefit is strengthening your professional network. I like the interaction with colleagues and it greatly encourages the rewards we have. Additionally, the initial setup was very simple, it posed no difficulty.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

For the moment, I haven't found things that don't work, but I think we could have a filter to easily see the messages I have sent and the ones I have received for better tracking.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I believe the most relevant benefit is strengthening my professional networking.

  ### 39. Kudos: Encourage Team Recognition and Visibility

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

It is very easy to operate from a UI experience and allows for recognition of fellow colleagues that may not always be recognized.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

Limitation to the amount of Kudos points I am able to share with fellow colleagues.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows for recognition of colleagues that may not be recognized normally as it is a day-to-day operation compared to the overall company strategy.

  ### 41. Fun and Engaging, But Rewards Need Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I like that Kudos makes work fun and interesting with fun elements like emojis, GIFs, and stickers. It adds excitement and celebration to otherwise basic and emotionless text exchanges. I find the setup of Kudos super easy, simple, and straightforward, which I love.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I think it could be improved by offering more things you can redeem your points on, maybe requiring less points on certain things. It takes a while for someone to gain as many points as needed for a prize.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kudos helps me find the right person in each department.

  ### 42. Kudos is a Fun and Easy Way to Show Appreciation

  ### 44. Effortless Recognition, But Needs Flexible Points

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tiranie R.

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I really appreciate Kudos for its simplicity and ease of use, which makes it very user-friendly and self-explanatory. The intuitive design, with buttons that clearly break down their functions, allows me to express recognition and appreciation effectively. The platform facilitates easy and effective communication among the team, strengthening connections and fostering a positive workplace atmosphere. I find the initial setup of Kudos incredibly straightforward, which is a huge time-saver and stress reducer. Moreover, the feature that provides a box to express personal feelings is very thoughtful, allowing for personalized recognition messages. Overall, the seamless operation and communication capabilities of Kudos contribute significantly to enhancing our team's morale and interaction.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I don't like the cap on the amount of points you can give. It should be a suggestion and not a rule. If I want to give someone 100+ points, I have to do multiple transactions, which can be tedious in a fast-paced environment.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to show appreciation and recognition, solving communication issues and enhancing team interactions effectively.
