**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

You get to praise other collegues for their good work

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

nothing its really good and helps to show gratitude

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 2. A reminder that doing good at work IS good

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Transportation/Trucking/Railroad | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I would say that I like the small incentives that we can distribute. it's not comparable to overtime but a nice gesture turning into a DQ blizzard or a hot and ready pizza is a very nice incentive to continue to work hard and maintain good relationships at work.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I don't always like the idea of public shout outs for doing a good thing that may be out of the way. Some people just do them because they believe in doing good, and they likely don't care if they're recognized.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like being able to reward good behavior conveyed by my team. I don't have the personal flexibility to buy someone an ice cream every time they do something nice to me, but I am happy that I can allocate small bonuses

  ### 3. Easy Employee Recognition Across the Company

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

The opportunity to recognize employees at any location across the company and to be able to view those as well.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I do not like the option to have different locations. Currently it only allows to send General Messages or Kudos by city. It would be most helpful if we could also sort by location within the company (for companies that have multiples locations across the US).

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping to build engagement and increase morale.

  ### 4. Effortless to Use with Incredibly Useful Points!

Recognition definitely, solving companies cultural recognition mechanism.

  ### 6. Facilitate Recognition at Work with Simplicity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carolina G.

**Reviewed Date:** January 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I enjoy using Kudos because it really makes it easy to thank and recognize the support of my colleagues. Everything is predetermined, which means it doesn't require much logistics or ingenuity to give thanks or highlight the work of others. The ease of use and the flexibility to use kudos in the preferred category are aspects that I love. Additionally, the initial setup was super easy and intuitive; I just needed to create an account and that's it, without much analysis or complex configurations.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

In general, it works excellently for me, but I think it could include more visual options, such as adding gifs to messages, as well as customizing the tags placed on messages. The possibility of being able to adapt/create the tags oneself, instead of only having the option to place the tags offered by the platform, to create personalized ones.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to thank and recognize the support of my colleagues. It makes it much easier to thank and acknowledge the work of others without the need for much logistics or ingenuity.

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

Kudos allows me to recognize my fellow employees for all the good work they do.

I appreciate the ease of use, the AI assistant, and how the point system is defined in Kudos. It's connected to our organization and sends reviews every week to keep us up to speed. It's very easy to set up, which I find really convenient. Kudos also helps connect team members and recognizes employees who go above and beyond.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

It can be integrated with Gifts portal to redeem those gift points.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to connect team members, and recognize those who go above and beyond.

  ### 14. Motivates Staff with Rewarding Recognition

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tyrell W. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

I like that Kudos allows staff in any department to send special public congratulations, which keeps staff happy and motivated to go the extra mile. I appreciate knowing that it's possible to be rewarded monthly for the difference you make in the company, beyond just waiting on quarterly feedback. It also allows for personable thank you's for collaboration. The initial setup of Kudos for my team was a 10/10.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I think it would be better if Kudos included more health-related products like vitamins in their rewards. It would also be nice to add another tier for maybe 3 Kudos points to share out more points.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kudos allows staff to publicly send congratulations, keeping everyone happy and motivated to go the extra mile.

I like Kudos for its ease of use via the portal, making it quick and efficient to recognize team members. The ability to assign recognition points and awards is great, and the recognition email is provided immediately. The portal is user-friendly, easy to search for team members, and allows me to write customized recognition messages. Delivering recognition to a team member via email is straightforward. Setting up Kudos was really easy, and I appreciate accessing it via single sign-on with Microsoft apps. This ease of use is why I'd rate it a perfect 10 for recommending to a friend or colleague.

  ### 17. Easy, Trustworthy Monetary Gifting That Makes People Feel Appreciated

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Entertainment | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I like that we're able to send monetary gifts without it being too scammy. With today's environment feeling appreciated goes a long way.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I think having a type of gift card selector field would be great instead a massive list of all supported gift cards. Having a field like "Entertainment" or "Dining" would be great.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kudos solves the idea of meaning behind shoutouts. Verbal shoutouts are great but having some points / value behind these shoutouts make it that much more effective.

  ### 18. Feel-Good Gratitude Platform with Minor Glitches

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wiktoria K.

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I like using Kudos to praise and thank colleagues when they support me with difficult issues, and it feels good to say thank you with a small gift. I like the pie chart showing how many points of what kind I have, as it helps me see how others may see me and how I can improve. I also enjoy the shower of stars or glitter after I give kudos to people, as it makes me feel like I did something nice. Additionally, I found the initial setup of Kudos to be very easy.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

It signs me out too early when I am getting on with work. The Kudos shop link can be a bit slow to open and load.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to praise colleagues with a gift, which adds a personal touch to appreciation.

  ### 19. Empowering Platform for Well-Deserved Recognition

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I appreciate that this platform allows people to be acknowledged for their hard work and dedication. It's great to see individuals receive the recognition they deserve.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I find it frustrating that coworkers can't send kudos to each other. This limitation makes it harder for team members to recognize and appreciate one another's efforts.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kudos is helping to strengthen the connection between staff and managers by allowing us to recognize the hard work everyone puts in.

  ### 20. "Kudos: A Culture-Building Tool That Makes a Difference"

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** DONTRINICE H. | Care Navigator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

What I like best about Kudos is how it fosters a culture of appreciation and recognition. It provides an easy, visible way for team members to acknowledge each other’s efforts and wins big or small. This helps build stronger relationships, boosts morale, and keeps everyone connected to shared goals. It’s a simple tool, but it has a big impact on engagement and team spirit.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

While I appreciate what Kudos brings to the table, one thing that could be improved is the visibility and follow-up on the recognition given. Sometimes, shout-outs can get buried in the feed or lose momentum after being shared. It would be great if there were more ways to tie recognition to performance reviews, goals, or team dashboards, so the impact is more lasting and integrated into ongoing feedback and development.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kudos is helping solve the challenge of consistent and meaningful employee recognition across teams, especially in hybrid or remote work environments. It creates a centralized space where appreciation is visible and accessible to everyone, not just limited to private messages or annual reviews.

This benefits me and the team by fostering a more connected and positive workplace culture. It encourages peer-to-peer recognition, which boosts morale, motivation, and engagement. It also helps leaders identify team members who are going above and beyond, which can support performance discussions and career growth.

  ### 21. Boosts Morale with Easy Recognition Sharing

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gabrielle M. | Senior People Operations Generalist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I really like Kudos for its ability to let us share positive recognition and read comments from others, which keeps us informed about the positive things happening throughout the business. This helps us see and celebrate what others have accomplished.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

One thing I have always struggled with Kudos is when you receive an e-card. It's hard to go back and find that after people have signed it. Just having a place where those are potentially saved could be beneficial or nice for others to be able to save those.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think Kudos creates a space for employees to share positive recognition, boosting morale and giving something to look forward to.

  ### 22. Kudo's feedback

Not observed any.

  ### 23. Effortless Recognition Platform, Highly Recommended

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Renewables & Environment | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I use Kudos to send my coworkers kudos of appreciation. I really like being able to redeem our points, which shows how much we are appreciated. It's great that we can use it for things like gift cards and electronics for work. The initial setup was very easy, which was a plus.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

The only thing I didn't like is when I redeemed a gift for a movie theater it expired, which I didn't like.

I use Kudos to show gratitude and appreciation for my coworkers' hard work. It allows us to redeem points for gift cards and other rewards, enhancing our sense of appreciation.

I am very happy with my experience with Kudos overall

  ### 25. Fosters Community, Needs Better Rewards Value

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alyssa M.

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I like that Kudos reminds us of each other's birthdays and anniversary dates, so no one is left behind. It also provides a view of how all the employees across our agency are doing. Kudos helps us build a sense of community instead of just working to work, allowing us to still connect with each other.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

The amount of code to give out to employees and coworkers could be improved. The gifts and rewards amount could be more affordable for easier point redemption. This would help achieve immediate gratification for doing well. Also, while the setup was very easy for me, I can't say the same for the entire company.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think Kudos helps us give more compliments and acknowledgment, providing rewards for staff to buy items for luxury or self-care.

  ### 26. Effortless Recognition with Reward Versatility

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert . | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I use Kudos for recognizing coworker contributions, and I really like that it's very simple to use and doesn't feel like a burden. The predetermined thank you tiers make things easier, and the AI reword feature comes in handy when I'm not doing well with words. I also appreciate being able to send a thank you and recognize someone publicly, plus give them a small monetary payout. Overall, it's a great tool for workplace recognition.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I'd like to get periodic reminders when there are points left over for the month so they don't burn up

nothing honestly, it's a very nice tool and very nicely done

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it solves the (alright, thanks!) attitude, by actually rewarding the people, and incentives everyone to help the others

  ### 30. Recognition and Reward Made Easy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rylene S.

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I appreciate how Kudos allows me to be recognized for my achievements and also offers the option to buy different vouchers, which is really helpful in this economy. I also value the acknowledgment of hard work and the ability to give recognition to others who have helped me. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

You don't have vouchers for everything. And sometimes, we can only claim our kudos on certain months. Just a wider variety of vouchers that can be sent using different countries or used on different platforms, specifically in Canada.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kudos helps with acknowledging colleagues' achievements and offering recognition. It allows using recognized achievements to buy vouchers, which is handy in this economy. It also provides a platform for acknowledging hard work and recognizing people who have helped you.

It's also a quick and easy way to acknowledge the hard work of my teammates and to reward others.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I find it challenging to easily find out if someone has received previous kudos.

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I appreciate everything Kudos offers, especially the ability to purchase a lot of gift cards, which makes work more enjoyable. Kudos gives me motivation to do more and help others and provides extra benefits to people who need it. I think the gift cards are really helpful if someone is in a tight spot financially. The initial setup of Kudos was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

Nothing

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kudos gives me motivation to do more and helps others with gift cards, especially those in a financial tight spot.

  ### 34. Absolutely love points turn into $$$

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessica V. | Accounts Payable Processor II, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I really appreciate being recognized when I perform well, and I enjoy earning points that I can accumulate over time. It's great that I have the flexibility to save these points for as long as I like and then redeem them for gift cards, such as Amazon or Visa. I enjoy how easy it is to choose a gift and check out. I enjoy being able to use my one-time sign in so I can quickly sign in daily and check my point balances or messages. This is one of the easiest sites I have ever used. It's also easy to find in my Always used Apps.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I wish it were easier to order hard plastic gift cards when I want to. It always feels a bit disappointing to give someone just a piece of paper as a present, rather than a real gift card.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Employees really appreciate feeling recognized, and being able to offer them rewards that can be converted into cash gives them the sense of receiving extra money beyond their regular paycheck, almost like a bonus. This experience has genuinely been wonderful!

  ### 35. Recognition Made Easy with Rewarding Incentives

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicholas K. | Manufacturing Systems Programmer/Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

Recognition made easy with rewards to accompany.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

Correlation between one point and one dollar is not equal, so price per point is inflated.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Giving teams the chance to see their performance recognized when going above and beyond and not overlooked.

  ### 36. Intuitive, Well-Designed Platform for Meaningful Colleague Recognition

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Investment Banking | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

Kudos is a helpful and well-designed platform that makes it easy to recognize colleagues and highlight positive contributions in a meaningful way. The interface is intuitive, and the process of writing and submitting a recognition feels straightforward and accessible, even for first-time users.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

One area for improvement could be offering more customization options for messages or categories, which could help tailor recognitions to different teams or contexts. Overall, however, Kudos is an effective and user-friendly tool that adds real value to employee engagement and appreciation efforts.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kudos addresses the challenge of recognizing and celebrating colleagues’ contributions in a consistent and visible way. In fast-paced work environments, positive efforts can easily go unnoticed, which can impact motivation and morale. Kudos creates a simple, centralized space where appreciation is intentional, timely, and accessible to everyone.

  ### 37. Engagement Booster with Extensive Redemption Options

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin K. | Director, TA, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I really appreciate the TONS of options Kudos offers for redeeming rewards. There is literally something for everyone, which is huge for our global team with many different interests. This variety allows us to customize our rewards. The initial setup of Kudos was VERY easy.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

It takes a lot of points to redeem good items like high value gift cards or Apple products.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to enhance employee engagement and offset lower salaries. The variety of redemption options means there's something for everyone on our global team.

  ### 38. Ideal for Recognition among Peers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I like that Kudos is a way to recognize my colleagues for the contributions we make on a professional level. Also, it helps me recognize professional actions that contribute to our personal growth. Furthermore, since I am from the systems area, the initial setup was easy for me.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I think there should be a few more options on how to reward or how to better choose what prizes to give to colleagues or rewards.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kudos allows me to buy things that come out at the moment and helps to recognize professional actions that contribute to our personal growth.

  ### 39. A Rewarding Way to Earn Recognition

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I like having the ability to earn something as a form of recognition.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I’d like to be able to give out more points to individual people, but I understand that’s a company decision and not something controlled by the program.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Giving recognition across a large company is really helpful.

  ### 40. Streamlines Recognition with Intuitive UI

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tommy R.

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I like how Kudos streamlines the process of rewards and recognition, allowing employees to choose rewards based on their recognition. The user interface is intuitive and easy to use. I find the metrics related to team performance in recognition and giving recognition very useful, as well as the data regarding birthdays and service anniversaries, which makes it easy to recognize employees. I enjoy seeing who on my team has been recognized and who is giving out recognition, and I like seeing which attributes were tagged with my team's recognition. The metrics help me remind people to leverage the Kudos platform. The initial setup was very straightforward, and we've got wide adoption across my team.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

nothing comes to mind.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kudos streamlines the rewards and recognition process, allowing employees to choose their rewards. It provides useful metrics on team recognition and helpful data on birthdays and service anniversaries, making employee acknowledgment easier.

  ### 41. Empowering Peer Recognition Made Easy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laken R. | Registered Nurse, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I like being able to directly thank my coworkers for their time without involving management. I use it all the time, and I try for at least two or three times a week.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I dislike that my employer doesn't allow me to send points with the kudos. I would like every one of my thanks to my coworkers to come with at least some point that can equal a reward for their time and how great they are.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When I get a Kudos it makes me feel valued. This isn't something that is just being to told me second-hand. This is something someone is taking time out of their day to do for me. This means something.

  ### 42. Effortless Team Recognition, Needs Expanded Character Limit

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Craig E. C. | Senior Director, Program Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I appreciate that Kudos is simple and easy to use, and it doesn’t take long to operate. With a little amount of time investment, I can ensure that I recognize my team and employees effectively. The initial setup was very simple for me. It was just installed on the apps, and I was able to use it immediately.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

Sometimes it's not sufficient, especially when you're trying to get a point across about a team member's performance. For me, it's the 1,000-character limit. You need to increase that character limit so I can actually, truly recognize the team when it's appropriate.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to recognize my team, allowing for recognition across the organization in an equitable way that’s even for everybody.

  ### 43. Reward Points That Boost Recognition, Collaboration, and Teamwork

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I like the reward system the best. Allowing employees to hand out points that can be redeemed is a great perk to motivate them to recognize their co-workers. The point system also motivates employees to go above and beyond in their work; it fosters collaboration and teamwork.

It is also really convenient that platform uses a single sign on so there are no additional usernames or passwords to remember

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I am not sure I can identify any significant downsides to the platform.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Kudos platform is building a company culture of collaboration, appreciation and teamwork. The employee base is more motivated to help their colleagues to earn a kudos and points.

  ### 44. A Fun Way to Shout Out Colleagues for Their Hard Work

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Allison A. | Care team associate-clinical, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

getting to shout out my colleagues for their hard work!

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

nothing really! I would say make it easier to tag someone in messages maybe?

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

i would say it is helping us to feel more connected and helps develop a culture of team work

  ### 45. Empowers Remote Team Appreciation Seamlessly

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Environmental Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I like the ability to send different amounts to everyone in the organization. I appreciate sending gifts with a note or a gif, which makes it more personal and allows us to add memories or fun moments to the message. Kudos helps us as a remote-first company to give appreciation and tangible gifts to colleagues we don't see in the office, like replacing bringing your friend a coffee after a big deadline. I also like the prepaid visa option. The initial setup was super easy and user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I think the gift card options could be expanded. Maybe you could add a function where folks can send money redeemable for a certain gift they choose so more experiences could be added.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kudos helps us as a remote-first company to show appreciation and send tangible gifts to colleagues we don't see in the office, like replacing the gesture of bringing a friend coffee after a big deadline.

  ### 46. Exceptionally User-Friendly Platform with Seamless Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Games | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I find Kudos to be a very user-friendly platform. I have never had any trouble getting started with Kudos on my own. Personally, I have not encountered any issues that required me to contact Customer Support, which I consider a positive sign. This simply means that I have not found any problems within the app.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I find the redemption process on Kudos to be somewhat confusing at times. It took me a few tries before I felt comfortable using it. I also wish that points could be rounded up. For instance, I would like to be able to redeem a $200 gift card that costs around 780 points even if I only have 775 to 779 points. Aside from this, I think the platform is excellent.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I believe Kudos is an excellent tool for acknowledging employees' hard work. In addition to recognizing their efforts, it also rewards them, which, as an employee myself, I find highly motivating and encouraging to continue giving my best at work.

  ### 47. Great application. I like it.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 20, 2021

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

Everything is just great.
There is a possibility to award colleagues with points at any time and reason during the month, and then they can use those points to exchange it for different available awards :)

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

There may be more types and options of awards/benefits

**Recommendations to others considering Kudos:**

There may be more types and options of awards/benefits

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I didn't have problems.

  ### 48. Easy Recognition for Unsung Team Contributions—Rewards Are a Nice Bonus

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alberto A. | Quality Assurance Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I enjoy how easy it is to shine a spotlight on team members contributions that aren't always seen. The chance to get rewards is a bonus!

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I get notified when I receive a Kudo and can see others once I am at the actual site, but I wish that there was a way that my direct leader and team members could be notified as well.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kudos makes the success of collaboration visible which no other process in place currently allows for that.

  ### 49. Easy to Use, with a Handy Built-In GIF Search for Kudos

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I love the ease of use through access and the built in gif searcher when submitting Kudos. I usually receive my giftcards rather quick and havent had any issues claiming my rewards or saving them up

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

Theres no specific downsides maybe some bugs. While using the gif searcher and start typing you have to click in the box. If not it starts typing in the message itself.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I believe it could solve issues where maybe during work some agents or other employees dont feel as appreciated and Kudos takes that opportunity and also incentivizes employees to thank each one another. I also save up points and use them when needed in my own personal life.

  ### 50. Empowers Peer Appreciation with Ease

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jon Z.

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I use Kudos to thank and appreciate my coworkers, which offers me a way to reward them for their help to me throughout the year. Kudos makes it easy to identify how someone helps me out with their identifiers. I enjoy reading through my other coworkers' notes to hear how everything is going. The initial setup was very easy, my employer set everything up for me, and I just had to log in.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

Maybe the award collection with the points you receive could be a bit easier to understand. In terms of dollar amount to cash conversion. Each of the redeemable awards has a certain point amount to redeem separate from the amount you have in your account, I don't know if these are required minimums from the company, but if not they seem unimportant.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to thank and reward my coworkers for their help throughout the year, making it easy to identify and appreciate their contributions.
