I love how easy it is to recognize colleagues and team members for the excellent work and contributions they make to our organization. I like the ability to add Gifs, tag leaders, and if needed, use AI to help craft your message. I also love the eCard feature which allows me to recognize individuals with a variety of card types. eCards are a great way to welcome new team members or celebrate those special moments in their life such as birthdays, graduations, new grand babies!!! Then there is the marketplace for cashing in those Kudos rewards!!! I love the options of gift cards, merchandise, or donate to charity! What a fabulous marketplace! It would be great if points could be given with an eCard. It also would be fantastic if a user who doesn't want a post to appear on their wall to mark it private themselves (or only for theirs if its a group post) without having it go to the admin as inappropriate content.
