## Kudos Reviews
 ### 1. Empowers Team Recognition with Ease

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

Kudos is pretty easy to use and does what it needs to do. Like, sending someone recognition is quick and the different tags and award options make it a bit more personal without making the whole process complicated.

It also works well with the tools we already use, so you do not really need to keep switching between different tabs. I have not had any major issues with it being slow or not working, which is obviously important for something people are expected to use regularly.

The leaderboard and gamification side can be nice for getting people involved, although, you know, it probably depends on the team because not everyone cares about that kind of thing. But overall, it does help make recognition more visible and encourages people to actually give shoutouts more often.

The platform is also quite simple to understand, so onboarding new people is not really an issue. The suggestions and analytics can be useful too, especially when you want to write something meaningful but do not know exactly how to phrase it. Overall, I think it is a useful tool and it fits into the workflow without being annoying.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

Coins should have more value and in my country I cant use it for many things. I live in belgium and there is only few spots to redeem coupons

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To recognize collegues that I dont have a shared envioronment to credit them and thank

 ### 2. Great Incentive Program

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Isabella G. | Administrative Support Consultants, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

It is a great incentive program where you can show appreciation to your colleagues, for their help, performance and work in general. To have the possibility to send Kudos is really important because for sure I know that is an honest message from a colleague that is genuinely thankful or that is really recognizing our work and the job that has been done.

It is a really friendly app, doesn't require any training to understand how it works.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

To have a limit of points available for a same person...there're some cases where we interact mainly with a person or a department so the appreciation can be repetitive.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sometimes employees can feel that their work is unrecognized or goes unnoticed but with Kudos there's a big opportunity to receive recognition from anyone in the organization, which also promotes teamwork and engagement.

 ### 3. A Simple, Meaningful Way to Recognize Hard Work and Build Team Culture

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emil C. | Assistant ENgineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

What I like most about Kudos is that it offers a simple, meaningful way for us to recognize each other’s hard work. It helps bring attention to contributions that might otherwise go unnoticed, and it strengthens a positive, supportive team culture.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I’m not able to manually enter Kudo points. For example, I wanted to use points to recognize two people, but to use all 50 points I have to send three different Kudo messages.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kudos helps address recognition gaps by providing a structured way to acknowledge contributions in real time. It makes sure that efforts—both big and small—are seen and appreciated. For me, this boosts morale, strengthens a positive team culture, and helps me better understand and value the work others are doing across the organization.

 ### 4. Versatile Recognition Tool with Robust Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fady G. | Director Project Delivery & QAQC, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I like the different ways or categories of saying thank you, from exceptional praise all the way down to a simple 'thank you.' It's great that Kudos allows us to use our own words to express appreciation. The AI feature that helps rewrite comments in a nice professional way is also a plus. Additionally, I appreciate the versatility in converting points into useful and practical items like gift cards. Kudos gives us several options to choose from, which is really nice because it lets people decide how they want to spend their points.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I can't think of something specific right now. In our company, we have employees and contractors. So I think sometimes the contractors are not able to benefit from this. So I realized that this is probably a company policy. It also would be nice to sometimes be able to [extend Kudos] to people that are not employees.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kudos allows us to quickly recognize and award employees virtually, providing flexibility in how we express gratitude. We can personalize appreciation with different categories and use AI to refine our messages. The platform's versatility in converting points to gift cards adds practicality.

 ### 5. KUDOS TO KUDOS

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abhi J. | Motion Graphic Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 03, 2025

The Kudos platform is easy to use and serves as an excellent tool for sharing recognition with colleagues. By fostering a culture of appreciation, it enhances team morale and encourages a positive work environment. Users can easily send and receive kudos, making it a valuable tool for boosting motivation and engagement within the workplace. We frequently use this platform.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

Nothing to criticise. Everything is good.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform serves as an excellent tool for sharing recognition with colleagues. It is a valuable tool for boosting motivation and engagement within the workplace.

 ### 6. Essential for Employee Recognition and Detail

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian M. | National Sales Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I use Kudos to recognize employees for their great work and make sure that the right people get credit for the amazing work they do, which contributes toward customer satisfaction. I like that it gives me plenty of space to enter in critical details that embellish someone's results in as much detail as possible. The ability to use 1000 characters allows me to provide a detailed review of a certain project that highlights the employee. The initial setup of Kudos was simple.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

nothing because it's simple

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to recognize employees for their great work, ensuring the right people get credit and contribute to customer satisfaction. It allows me to provide detailed reviews, giving me plenty of space to capture the details of someone's achievements.

 ### 7. Empowers Recognition with Customizable Points

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Renewables & Environment | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I like that you can change the increments of the amount of points in Kudos and select what the action embodies. This feature kind of allows us to differentiate when an action is really worthy of 50 points, indicating they're a rock star, versus a smaller increment that simply shows appreciation. It also lets me recognize more people with smaller point increments.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I think maybe it would be nice if there was some kind of add-in that would let me easily access Kudos or, like, remind me to send kudos. I get an email, but sometimes it's just not enough and I forget.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kudos helps me focus on my colleagues' contributions by sending points and recognizing their hard work and time.

 ### 8. Enhances Team Recognition, Needs More Engagement Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kelsea R. | Customer Journey Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I like Kudos for scheduling automated emails for Birthdays and Anniversaries, which saves time for our managers in recognizing their teams. I also enjoy the ability for team members to redeem points for gift cards to get items they want but perhaps can't afford. It's an easy way to make people feel appreciated. Additionally, the initial setup of Kudos was very easy, and the team was very supportive.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I wish there were features to create polls or make it easier to run contests/activations. Built-in software tools like those you see in other communication platforms would be great. Allowing teams to create polls to vote on topics and adding pictures to a shared album would be helpful.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to connect remote teams, create a positive work environment, and encourage recognition. It helps managers make teams feel appreciated with scheduled emails and lets employees redeem points for gift cards, saving time and personalizing rewards.

 ### 9. Kudos - Why isn't every organization using this platform???

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paula C. | Supervisor, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

The most valuable asset any organization has, is it's staff. Kudos is a very easy to use platform that helps me to recognize the members of my team and others.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

There are no down side to using Kudos, however I would like to see leadership be able to use the endorsement feature with more than the 1 point. I propose that leadership be able to endorse with 5 or 10 points. 5 points requiring nothing, and 10 requiring the leader to make an additional comment.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kudos makes it easier for me to acknowledge people outside my department. This way, I don't have to look up their immediate supervisor, tell my story to them and just hope that they share it with the employee. Plus, I have the opportunity to recognize them publicly or privately, which really matters to some people. Thank you!

 ### 10. Effortless Recognition with Reward Options

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam C. | Safety Point Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I love how easy Kudos is to use and how much value it provides. I appreciate being able to trade in my points for a Mastercard debit card or an Amazon gift card. I also like posting a live feed of all of the Kudos distributed by everyone at our site on the digital signage via Appspace. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I wish it showed more statistics like for points given

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kudos lets me give recognition beyond just saying 'good job.' It's easy to use and highly valuable. I love trading points for Mastercard or Amazon gift cards. It supports our digital signage with live feeds of recognition.

 ### 11. Easy-to-Use Kudos Rewards That Strengthen Workplace Culture

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Markelle G. | Communications Content Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

The Kudos platform is a great way for employees to acknowledge each other's hard work while also offering rewards that are impactful and useful to the employee. Redeeming points at the end of the year feels like an extra holiday bonus or gift. The system is easy to use and contributes to a better workplace culture, especially in a hybrid work environment.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I do wish the points you give out carried over into the following month. Sometimes time gets away from you and you don't always remember to give out all your points. And it can be hard when you end up with just a few points leftover but wish you could give a colleague more.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps me offer praise and encouragement to my colleagues in a way that seems more personal and impactful than a simple Teams message or email. Because I work with a lot of people I don't see in an office every day, it feels good to be able to show that kind of recognition and make connections.

 ### 12. Company-Wide Kudos That Make Everyone Feel Valued

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zinzi S. | Team lead, Talent Coordinator and Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I really like that it enables me to make someone feel special and recognised for something they did. It also makes me feel valued when I receive Kudos. I especially appreciate that the whole company can see what people value and recognise in each other.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

It’s a shame that you can’t save any unused kudos past the end of the month. If you’re OOO at month-end and still have kudos left to give, you essentially “lose” the chance to send those kudos for that particular month.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think it helps bring the team closer. It’s especially useful when I’m hosting a meeting and want to start with an icebreaker. For example, I can offer kudos to the first person who gives the correct answer. In my experience, this is a good way to draw attention to the meeting and encourage more people to participate and stay engaged.

 ### 13. Boosts Team Morale and Strengthens Relationships

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I use Kudos to recognize my team members and buoy them up when they achieve great things and have success. Kudos helps me interact with program teams I don't deal with on a daily basis and gives me a platform to deliver meaningful tokens of appreciation for their work, which strengthens my relationships across my organization. I really like the wide range of gift card options and the format to ensure meaningful messages accompany an acknowledgment that has actual value. It feels authentic and purposeful in its approach, and everyone draws from the same vault of kudos, making it flattering to be chosen and to receive. The initial setup of Kudos was pretty easy and user-friendly; it has a very intuitive interface.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

It is always nice to have more gift card options for redeeming points, so more options is a welcome improvement. Maybe in the realm of home improvement and department and grocery stores options.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to recognize team achievements, interact with teams I don’t see daily, and strengthen relationships by delivering appreciation tokens.

 ### 14. Meaningful Recognition with Modern Tools

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anshuman S. | Product Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I find Kudos to be quite user-friendly, intuitive, and very simple to use. It allows me to select the category of appreciation or success metrics I'm trying to share, whether it's a comment or recognition for someone on the platform. The ability to express in free form, along with the integration of different emojis and GIFs, makes it modern and engaging, especially for those who enjoy a more visual layer in our digital world. It's also embedded within a modern digital landscape, which seems appealing. The platform's public recognition feature allows appreciation to be visible to everyone, not just in emails, and shows what different project team members and squads are accomplishing. This visibility helps keep motivation levels high and fosters a sense of belonging. I like the single sign-on feature, which makes setting up Kudos uncomplicated, allowing for an easy experience with just an organizational email.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I think the biggest feature that is missing at this point of time is the ability to share the link of a post when recognizing people. There should be a quick and easy button to share the link with people you appreciated or just notify them that they have been recognized. Another aspect that could be improved is including monetary benefits like vouchers as rewards, which could make recognition a more engaging and rewarding experience for recipients.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kudos solves our lack of a recognition system, allowing us to publicly acknowledge achievements and successes, boosting motivation and a sense of belonging among team members.

 ### 15. Enhances Team Morale with Interactive Recognition

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jaclyn C. | Marketing and Communications Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I like that Kudos allows us to grow camaraderie between team members and show our thanks. I also appreciate being able to provide a specific example of how someone helped, and I think the GIFs are an awesome extra touch. They really capture people's attention on the message board, and the specific examples help the person receiving recognition understand why they are being acknowledged.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I wish our company gave us more points to award each month, I'm always running out of points. We only get 100 points a month.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kudos is great for growing camaraderie between team members and allowing us to show our thanks. I like giving specific examples of how they helped, and GIFs capture people's attention and help the person receiving recognition understand why.

 ### 16. Powerful Recognition Platform with Tangible Rewards and Mobile Access

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dr. Trisha T. | Chairman, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

Diverse functionality with useful features. A great recognition tool at your finger tips with wide applicability across multiple strategies. Recognition can be mapped with desired corporate behaviors thus providing further incentives for positive cultural enhancements. Real and tangible rewards are integrated via the online redemption store which increase emotional satisfaction when using the platform. The mobile integration of the software increases accessibility of the platform across a range of devices and services including Outlook plug-ins.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

Nothing of strategic importance at the time of this review.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the top contributing factors to employee disengagement is the lack of recognition of one's contribution in a corporate setting. Kudos places a recognition tool within easy reach and in real time. The capability to instantly recognize team members and to share media company wide adds to the sense of corporate cohesiveness which is particularly important in a decentralized corporate setting.

 ### 17. Motivates Recognition and Easy Rewards

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** SAKINA B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I use Kudos to give recognition to my colleagues. It makes me happy when I receive it, as the best part is when someone recognizes you, you feel more motivated to do work. I like how you can convert your kudos to buy something. Additionally, the initial setup of Kudos was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I think we should be given a chance to recognize ourselves also.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kudos makes me feel happy and motivated when I receive it. I also like that I can convert kudos into tangible rewards.

 ### 18. Easy Setup, Rewarding Recognition

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abigail F. | Recruitment Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I like that Kudos allows me to bank up points to buy Disney gift cards.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

That the points don't add up to a ton of money. I wish that they equaled more monetary value.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kudos helps me recognize both big and small achievements in the moment, and I can bank up points to buy Disney gift cards.

 ### 19. Instant Recognition That Boosts Personal Morale and Gratitude and Team Spirit

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marina B. | Global SCM Business Analytics & Innovation Senior Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

It helps me give immediate feedback and recognize a colleague who just helped me, or someone who has supported me over time. It creates a moment for reflection and gratitude, and it improves personal morale as well as team spirit.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

Sometimes it’s difficult to send recognition to someone who isn’t in the Kudos system. I could potentially use email instead, but I’m not sure how that works or what the process is.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me give immediate feedback and recognize a colleague who just helped me, or someone who has supported me over time. It creates a moment for reflection and gratitude, and it improves personal morale as well as team spirit. There are benefits for me as a person and benefits for team.

 ### 20. Effortless Recognition, Highly Recommended

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin B. | Proposal Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I like how easy Kudos is to use and how it lets everyone see each other's accomplishments. The initial setup was really easy as well.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

It workds as intended, the only suggestion I would have is being able to give people Kudos without having to go into the website, like through an email we could send it to.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to recognize each other's efforts, solving the issue of employees not feeling appreciated. It's easy to use, and everyone can see others' accomplishments.

 ### 21. Empowers Team Recognition and Appreciation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gyanam C. | Customer Success Manager, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

Kudos is intuitive and easy to use, which makes it suitable for frequent, day-to-day recognition rather than just occasional use. The implementation was smooth, and the platform integrates recognition naturally into regular workflows. Customer support has been responsive and helpful when needed, ensuring a positive experience and quick resolution of any questions or issues.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

While Kudos works well overall, the feature set around reward flexibility could be improved. Point allocation feels somewhat limited, especially for larger or more diverse teams. Greater customization by role and deeper integrations with other workplace tools would further enhance the overall experience.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kudos effectively tackles the issue of recognition gaps within teams, particularly for contributions that might otherwise go unnoticed. By offering a straightforward and organized method for acknowledging team members' efforts, it has boosted morale, enhanced engagement, and encouraged positive behaviors. As a result, the platform has fostered a more inclusive and appreciative environment where everyone feels valued and motivated, which in turn has strengthened collaboration and improved overall team performance.

 ### 22. Motivates Teams with Public Recognition and Gratitude

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katherine A. | Senior Financial Operations Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I love the idea of publicly congratulating the entire community on achievements or well-executed projects. It also serves as a way to show gratitude when a colleague offers you support or assistance with a task. The visibility of good work in front of leaders is a reward for a job well done. Sometimes companies forget to congratulate employees publicly, and this tool fosters this spirit and motivates employees to continue putting in that extra effort in their roles.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

Limits on points and rewards
Many users are annoyed that there is a cap on the number of points they can give. This makes the recognition feel limited.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One challenge in the workplace is that teamwork often goes unrecognized. Kudos addresses this by making it simple to give and receive thanks, which helps boost morale and encourages better collaboration.
Another issue is the difficulty in identifying individual contributions. With public recognition, each person's efforts are highlighted, leading to greater transparency and a stronger sense of team spirit.

 ### 23. Effortless Peer Recognition Made Easy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aaron G. | Marketing Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I just love the whole idea of Kudos. It's super wonderful to recognize people at work, and this makes it really easy. I find it linked to our email, which is a really good way to do it. It keeps recognition top of mind because I see it in my email, and it allows me to send kudos without having to open up a browser. I think it's a good way to give a little bit of a reward, and the points are pretty valuable.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I just wish we had more points to give, honestly, but I think, otherwise, it works really well. And, obviously, the points are business decisions.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to make recognition easier. It lets us recognize people at work simply and rewarding, integrating with our email so I can quickly send kudos. It's just a really good way to give recognition without needing a browser.

 ### 24. Kudos: A Stellar Tool for Team Recognition

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Siya J. | Senior Talent Partner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I use Kudos to reward my team members and to give recognition when someone has done well within the workplace. I think it brings a bit of camaraderie because sometimes you don't get to thank people while executing a task. In hindsight, you can still go back and thank them. I also enjoy being able to create pages for, like, call to action and put reminders of people's birthdays. Another feature I appreciate is the AI refinement of some of the messages I leave. Additionally, the initial setup of Kudos is incredibly easy, especially now with a one-click sign-in that makes access efficient. I also love that receiving kudos can be turned into cash or gift vouchers.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I don't think it's on Kudos particularly, but just how the advertising of Kudos is within the organization because you find that there are some people who are in Kudos but are not using it. And then you would publish things on Kudos, so they don't necessarily see the campaigns that you have run.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to reward team members, turning recognition into cash, which feels like a monetary incentive. It brings camaraderie by allowing us to thank colleagues, even after tasks are completed, and reminds us of special occasions like birthdays.

 ### 25. Invaluable for Team Incentives, Needs Better Redemption UI

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** KAREN L. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I like that every month I have Kudos to give to my coworkers. I also enjoy receiving them. I like that it's a good incentive for employees.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

Redeeming gift cards is very complicated, the instructions are unclear and not all intuitive. I've had many problems trying to redeem my cards depending on the vendor. I had trouble logging in... in fact, now the only way I can log in is through Kudos emails and SSO, otherwise, I can't access the site. I can only send Kudos to my colleagues of my company Brandtech+; the others who are from Oliver don't appear, meaning I can only send them to coworkers in Mexico, not to the rest of my team based in Chicago. They definitely have a lot of room for improvement in their redemption points interface.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to give small monthly gifts to coworkers, encouraging teamwork and appreciation.

 ### 26. Fosters Team Recognition with Ease

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jasmine H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I use Kudos to share appreciation and recognition with my team, and I find it really beneficial. It's a good way to boost morale and encourage cross-team collaboration and engagement. I like how easy it is to use, how rewarding it is to recognize key players, and the variety of reward options provided. It's great that you can see what team members have done well and recognize those who might often go unnoticed. The Slack integration keeps Kudos top of mind, and the cash-out page provides a variety of options for gift cards that can be used for everyday things, such as quick lunches or refill purchases from Sephora or Amazon.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I'm looking forward to switching to the newer platform because the interface looks a lot more streamlined and less clunky as I think that will help people integrate the platform more in their day to day.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to boost morale, encourage cross-team collaboration, and engage my team. It highlights achievements and allows recognition for unnoticed efforts. Its Slack integration keeps it top of mind, and the variety of gift card options is great for quick lunches or small purchases.

 ### 27. Swift Reinforcement and Easy Praise with Kudos

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Caleb C.

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I use Kudos to reinforce behavior-specific praise, which helps increase workplace performance. I find the swiftness of reinforcement and ease of use really valuable. It's satisfying not only to receive Kudos but also to reward others. I also appreciate the visual displays and how they link our core values to the behaviors we're highlighting. Kudos serves as a great avenue for increasing desired workplace behaviors, and setting up my personal account was seamless and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I wouldn't mind the ability to distribute custom point values. If that's an option already, I haven't discovered it yet. For example, I did not have enough points to give an employee 50 Kudos, but wanted to give him my remainder, which was 35. Instead of being able to give 35 in one post, I had to split it into three different posts, which was kind of strange.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to increase desired workplace behaviors by giving behavior-specific praise. It helps reinforce positive actions, is easy to use, and provides satisfying feedback when rewarding others.

 ### 28. Effortless Recognition Across Large Teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eric L. | Physical Therapist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

Easy to use; great way to recognize co-workers in a very large system

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

Getting "off site" for rewards is cumbersome; the rewards site is not the most user friendly

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't personally use it for solving problems. I do like how it can be used to reinforce positive participation of other staff members though.

 ### 29. Effortless Recognition, Needs UI Upgrade

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohammed S. | Tech Engineer, Transportation/Trucking/Railroad, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I appreciate Kudos for helping me give proper recognition and rewards to team members based on their performance. I like the different types of recognitions, such as impressive, good work, and exceptional, as they help me award Kudos points and appreciate team members in front of management, making it easier to forecast their work. The recognition patterns help me classify their efforts and behavior effectively. I also find Kudos to be a very good platform for appreciating, praising, and giving recognition, with a current structure that works well. Setting it up was very easy and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I think Kudos could use a UI upgrade and have more user-friendly navigation. It would be great if it showed the agents' current designation and allowed changes to their profile, like updating their designation, display picture, or moments. Additionally, giving nominal points for engaging in Kudos activities, like likes and comments, would be a nice touch for team building.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to recognize team members for their efforts, helping me award them fairly based on performance with kudos points and different recognition types like impressive, good work, and exceptional.

 ### 30. Motivates Teams with Easy Recognition

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jordan B. | Training Coordinator

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I use Kudos to give recognition to people I work with, and it's a great way to motivate stakeholders both in and out of the team. I like that hard work can be rewarded with more than just a pat on the back, which is a nice way to keep staff motivated. I appreciate being able to write a message to let someone know their effort and hard work is valued, which is priceless. It's great that you can see trends in your qualities that people have attributed to you. Also, I believe the initial setup was quite easy for my team.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I'd like Kudos to be more openly available through more specific avenues. Offering something really tangible like 500+ points to drive schemes forward could be improved.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to give recognition, keeping stakeholders motivated. It's great for rewarding hard work and seeing trends in qualities attributed to you.

 ### 31. Clean Platform, Cost Concerns Impacting Engagement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kimberly H. | Human Resources Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I really like Kudos because the platform is clean and easy to train on. The social media-like feel of the dashboard helps our teams to communicate effectively with each other. I also appreciate the reporting features that allow us to see utilization and the shape of engagement. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy and the integration was seamless.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

The cost of the platform is currently not allowing us to give as much kudos and as much engagement as we would like, so we're actually reviewing other options.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kudos allows our employees to communicate and engage with each other on a clean platform. The social media-like dashboard fosters team communication, and the reporting features help us see utilization and engagement shaping.

 ### 32. Great way to give thanks/recognition

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wendy M. | Nutritionist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

It's a great way to say thanks or job well done to my coworkers.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

Sometimes I have to click the category twice.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's an easy way to give thanks and recognition to those who deserve it.

 ### 33. Simple, Values-Aligned Recognition with Easy Email Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

It's such a great way to recognize people in my organization for the work. I also love that it is aligned with our institutional value statements. This makes it easier for me to align my "praise" with the specific behaviors and valued by our organization. I frequently use the Kudos integration within my email and that makes it simple and easy to drop a kudos note to others for their great work.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I wish it would send me reminders about needing to use my "points" for praising others by the end of the month. I try to remember but don't always.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What I love is that it allows me to give a tangible benefit (points for gift cards) that can build up to a meaningful gift. I like most recognition programs but they are often "empty" and therefore harder to maintain using them. With Kudos, i know I'm providing important recognition for behaviors that matter AND they are receiving a tangible benefit as well.

 ### 34. Fosters Team Spirit and Recognition Effortlessly

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jacqueline P. | Research Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

it makes it easy to recognize and celebrate the wins (whether big or small) across the team. It’s also motivating to scroll through the feed and see colleagues appreciating each other, and it really helps build a positive, supportive culture. Plus, it’s just nice to know that your efforts are seen and valued, even if it’s just a quick note or a few kind words.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

Only few things to be improved, for example on redeeming points not always as seamless as I'd like. These are pretty minor issues really, nothing that would outweigh the benefits of using the platform.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kudos makes it easy to recognize and appreciate colleagues in real time, which helps boost morale and keeps everyone feeling valued even when we’re working remotely or across different teams. It solves the problem of good work going unnoticed by making recognition public and accessible, and it encourages a more positive, connected workplace where people are motivated to do their best.

 ### 35. Effortless Employee Recognition with Kudos

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Breeanna F. | Accounts payable clerk, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

I love using Kudos because it significantly enhances work recognition by allowing me to call people out when they are doing a good job. I appreciate being able to make someone's day with kind words, which is a simple yet profound way to spread positivity within the team. The initial setup of Kudos was very easy, which was convenient for integrating it smoothly into our workflow. Everything has worked well for me so far with Kudos, and it's become an essential part of how we acknowledge and appreciate great work. I believe the impact it has on team morale and individual motivation is priceless, which is why I would highly recommend it to others, giving it a score of 10 out of 10 for recommendation.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

There is nothing that I dislike. Very user friendly.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos for work recognition, enabling me to acknowledge great work and uplift my colleagues with kind words.

 ### 36. Makes Team Appreciation Easy and Rewarding

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexandra C. | Sr. Assistant Property Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I appreciate being able to show my gratitude to my teammates in a way that goes beyond simply saying thank you—by giving them something they can actually use for things they enjoy. I also like being able to look back on the things I’ve done for my teammates, and it feels good to know that my efforts are recognized.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I appreciate that Kudos offers a wide selection of stores for gift redemption, but it would be helpful to have more options tailored to each state. I mention this because there are certain grocery stores in my area that aren't available on the app. It's a minor issue, though.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's beneficial to have something to go back on especially when writing nominations for my co-workers, being able to express the things they've done.

 ### 37. Empowers Team Recognition with Flexibility

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ropa M. | Talent Acquisition Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I like the practical nature of Kudos. I love the fact that not only can you recognize someone, but they can use those Kudos points to actually buy themselves whatever they want. I don't have to assume what someone wants because they can do that for themselves. Kudos gives a really wide range of options to redeem vouchers, which I think is great because there are almost unlimited options for where to spend the vouchers. The setup was very easy for me since I just had to log in with the same credentials as my single sign-on, making it incredibly easy and user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I guess the value of points to actual money, but other than that, I think everything else is fairly good.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to acknowledge and recognize my coworkers in a meaningful way.

 ### 38. Effortless Employee Recognition with Stellar Design

I really appreciate using Kudos for recognizing and appreciating the work, support, and accomplishments of my team members, peers, and cross-functional team. Kudos provides a quick recognition process and creates a motivational effect on the receiver in no time. The design aspect of the Kudos platform is fantastic; it allows recognitions to be tailored based on what you want to say and how you want to say it, depending on the amount of work and support provided. Everything I've tried with Kudos, from recognition to receiving recognition and points redemption, has gone well for me. Moving from simple paper cards and physical motivational gifts to Kudos worked well for me and my team.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

Not observed so far .

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos for quick recognition and motivation, making it easy to appreciate team efforts and accomplishments.

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I use Kudos to recognize my colleagues for doing great work, and I appreciate how it provides a platform for public recognition within our company. The platform is so easy to use, and its reporting capabilities are helpful for me as a director to track recognitions and balance feedback. Writing messages is easy, and the option to use stickers and GIFs makes it fun and lightens the mood. The initial setup was 'easy peasy,' and I'm very likely to recommend it, giving it a 10 out of 10.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I don't use the AI feature. To me, it feels too inauthentic.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to recognize colleagues for great work. It provides a platform for public recognition and has easy-to-use features. As a director, it helps me track feedback and balance recognition. The fun stickers and GIFs also lighten the mood.

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I like that Kudos allows staff in any department to send special public congratulations, which keeps staff happy and motivated to go the extra mile. I appreciate knowing that it's possible to be rewarded monthly for the difference you make in the company, beyond just waiting on quarterly feedback. It also allows for personable thank you's for collaboration. The initial setup of Kudos for my team was a 10/10.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I think it would be better if Kudos included more health-related products like vitamins in their rewards. It would also be nice to add another tier for maybe 3 Kudos points to share out more points.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kudos allows staff to publicly send congratulations, keeping everyone happy and motivated to go the extra mile.

The portal is user-friendly, easy to search for team members, and allows me to write customized recognition messages. Delivering recognition to a team member via email is straightforward. Setting up Kudos was really easy, and I appreciate accessing it via single sign-on with Microsoft apps. This ease of use is why I'd rate it a perfect 10 for recommending to a friend or colleague.

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I appreciate that this platform allows people to be acknowledged for their hard work and dedication. It's great to see individuals receive the recognition they deserve.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I find it frustrating that coworkers can't send kudos to each other. This limitation makes it harder for team members to recognize and appreciate one another's efforts.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kudos is helping to strengthen the connection between staff and managers by allowing us to recognize the hard work everyone puts in.

 ### 45. "Kudos: A Culture-Building Tool That Makes a Difference"

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** DONTRINICE H. | Care Navigator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

What I like best about Kudos is how it fosters a culture of appreciation and recognition. It provides an easy, visible way for team members to acknowledge each other’s efforts and wins big or small. This helps build stronger relationships, boosts morale, and keeps everyone connected to shared goals. It’s a simple tool, but it has a big impact on engagement and team spirit.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

While I appreciate what Kudos brings to the table, one thing that could be improved is the visibility and follow-up on the recognition given. Sometimes, shout-outs can get buried in the feed or lose momentum after being shared. It would be great if there were more ways to tie recognition to performance reviews, goals, or team dashboards, so the impact is more lasting and integrated into ongoing feedback and development.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kudos is helping solve the challenge of consistent and meaningful employee recognition across teams, especially in hybrid or remote work environments. It creates a centralized space where appreciation is visible and accessible to everyone, not just limited to private messages or annual reviews.

This benefits me and the team by fostering a more connected and positive workplace culture. It encourages peer-to-peer recognition, which boosts morale, motivation, and engagement. It also helps leaders identify team members who are going above and beyond, which can support performance discussions and career growth.

 ### 46. Kudo's feedback

I appreciate how it promotes a culture of appreciation, strengthens team morale, and helps celebrate successes both big and small. The visibility of recognitions also inspires others and reinforces positive behaviors across the organization.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I was looking for more dollars with those points.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not observed any.

I use Kudos to appreciate the help and work of my colleagues and their achievements. I like very much the interactivity of the website; it is also easy to use and reminds me of a social network. I enjoy the feature of a timeline where you can see the recognitions of others, and the Emojis and Images you can add to appreciations make it more fun. The initial setup was pretty easy and intuitive. Overall, I find it works pretty well and have no complaints.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I am very happy with my experience with Kudos overall

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to appreciate my colleagues' work and achievements. It serves as a mechanism for recognition and appreciation, and connects with Outlook for notifications.

 ### 48. Fosters Community, Needs Better Rewards Value

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alyssa M.

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I like that Kudos reminds us of each other's birthdays and anniversary dates, so no one is left behind. It also provides a view of how all the employees across our agency are doing. Kudos helps us build a sense of community instead of just working to work, allowing us to still connect with each other.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

The amount of code to give out to employees and coworkers could be improved. The gifts and rewards amount could be more affordable for easier point redemption. This would help achieve immediate gratification for doing well. Also, while the setup was very easy for me, I can't say the same for the entire company.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think Kudos helps us give more compliments and acknowledgment, providing rewards for staff to buy items for luxury or self-care.

 ### 49. Effortless Recognition with Reward Versatility

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I use Kudos for recognizing coworker contributions, and I really like that it's very simple to use and doesn't feel like a burden. The predetermined thank you tiers make things easier, and the AI reword feature comes in handy when I'm not doing well with words. I also appreciate being able to send a thank you and recognize someone publicly, plus give them a small monetary payout. Overall, it's a great tool for workplace recognition.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I'd like to get periodic reminders when there are points left over for the month so they don't burn up

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to recognize coworker contributions, allowing me to send a thank you, recognize someone publicly, and give them a small monetary payout.
