I wish there was a way to have a full list of team members to pick from when scheduling out an email instead of using a previous list. I spend a good amount of time comparing emails and often find that when you select to pull over from the previous list, it does not always pull over every email that was previously entered. I love that I can send kudoboard out to entire teams and everyone can put their own special touches on their messages whether it is adding a gif or as simple as changing the font and color and that I can automatically set up the delivery for a future date so that I don’t have to worry about it. I have been using Kudoboard for years at work as the go-to tool to provide recognition for work anniversaries, retirements, and send-offs. This may be because I don't have a subscription (we just use the single board each time), but I have to add email addresses every time I set up a new board. I'm guessing if we had a subscription, we'd be able to save the addresses for future use.

This is an easy way to recognize employees. It takes some time to setup on the front end but after it is setup, you do nothing. It auto delivers and our team loves it! There isn't anything I strongly dislike about Kudoboard. There are things I wish it had though. I wish I could create a template where when I create a board, I can select the teams I want to invite to it and select who it is for within that team (kind of house an address list within it). I would love for it to auto send/ create things if I enter birthdays and anniversaries. Is it difficult for me to do these things manually though? No, absolutely not.
