"Perfect for Recognizing and Rewarding Achievements"
5/5
What do you like best about KUDO?

I like that KUDO allows employees and employers to recognize one another and reward efforts. It bridges the gap between an in-person work environment and a remote work environment. I like that you can see your improvement based on your badges and kudos, and that you can cash points in for rewards. It keeps a positive work environment. The initial setup was extremely easy. "Underwhelming Experience, Limited Benefits"
2/5
What do you like best about KUDO?

I found the initial setup of KUDO quite easy, which was a relief and made it hassle-free to get started with the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about KUDO?

I have not found KUDO to benefit my business so far, despite using it for a year. I've struggled to identify use cases where it can solve business problems effectively. I'm not inclined to purchase KUDO again, largely because it hasn't shown particular usefulness or unique features that stand out to me. The suggestion for improvement would be to make it an on-premises solution, which might better align with my business needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intelligent translation platform, worry-free technical terms"
4.5/5
What do you like best about KUDO?

I like the flexible switching of dual-engine translation. Using AI real-time translation in daily cross-national team meetings is low-cost and responsive, making it very practical for high-frequency communication needs. In high-value scenarios, you can switch to human interpretation with one click to ensure the accuracy of complex sentences and industry-specific language, avoiding risks caused by translation ambiguities. The custom terminology library is also a very good feature, supporting the upload of enterprise-specific terms, which the system prioritizes for recognition and translation, especially in cross-border manufacturing meetings, improving accuracy by more than 60% compared to general translation tools. Additionally, KUDO's initial setup is simple and easy, with no technical barriers for ordinary users on the meeting translation platform, and KUDO Operator is easy to master for DevOps personnel with basic skills. What do you dislike about KUDO?

Operation and Experience: Poor mobile adaptation, multi-device synchronization delay. Subtitles on mobile devices are prone to stuttering, and under weak network conditions (such as at overseas exhibitions), subtitle delays of 5-10 seconds often occur. When accessing from multiple devices (computer + mobile), subtitles are not synchronized, leading to information gaps for participants across devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As with any video conferencing platform, connection quality and reliability can affect user experience. Additionally, KUDO requires a stable Internet connection, and users may experience lag or lag if their connection is slow or unstable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simultaneous interpretation of online meetings with excellent Team integration"
4/5
What do you like best about KUDO?

KUDO was one of the first companies to offer the ability to delivery simultaneous interpretation of online meetings. When we used them, they were the very first to be able to deliver this functionality via a MS Teams plugin. This allowed us to host a multi-language conference for people across the world, delivering simultaneous interpretation (of high quality) without having to use a for-interpreting specific platform as is usual with other similar solutions we have tried. The integration with MS Teams was the thing that won us over, and it was a good choice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about KUDO?

The pricing model is based on an amount of prepaid credits, which is kind of a barrier for entry into the service since you have to prepay several thousands of USD, while still not being certain if you're going to stick with using the service or end it after a few meetings.
