5/5
What do you like best about KUDO?

I really appreciate the seamless integration of live interpreters with KUDO and the high-quality audio sync. I love that participants can switch between multiple language channels with just one click without any lag. I also find KUDO's integration with Microsoft Teams and Zoom to be very stable, and its user interface intuitive for our external clients. The initial setup was surprisingly smooth, with clear documentation and helpful onboarding support. It's great that I can use KUDO both as a standalone platform for large international webinars and integrated with other tools like Google Calendar, making scheduling and sharing meeting links easy. What do you dislike about KUDO?

While the platform is powerful, the interface for first-time users can be a bit technical. However, once you get the hang of it, it's very reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about KUDO?

I use KUDO for breaking language barriers in global meetings and improving company culture through employee appreciation. It helps reduce the high traveling costs associated with international meetings. I like that it doesn't make you leave your comfort zone. The KUDO Marketplace is a tool I use when the stakes are high, like during a board meeting. For attendees, the experience is seamless once inside the meeting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about KUDO?

I find the setup friction a bit challenging. There are technical hurdles and specific user behaviors required to ensure the platform functions correctly. For an organizer, issues like technical hygiene and hardware enforcement can be tricky. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use KUDO for learning, particularly for speech translation. It's really helpful in many ways, especially when I'm not pronouncing a word right, it helps me get it correct. "Revolutionized Our Conferences with Real-Time Multilingual Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about KUDO?

I love KUDO for its real-time, high-quality interpretation, which enhances participation by eliminating language-based communication obstacles, allowing everyone to engage actively in Q&A sessions, panel discussions, and networking events. I appreciate how KUDO adapts to growth; it's great that as my organization's event needs grow, KUDO can easily scale up from small webinars to larger, complex events. The attendee app's user-friendly language selection, where participants can switch languages with just a few taps, is fantastic for focusing on content rather than struggling with complex procedures. Also, the initial setup was so easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about KUDO?

Latency in high-traffic situations: During large-scale events with a high volume of participants, there can be occasional latency issues in the real-time interpretation. This might cause a slight delay between the speaker's words and the interpreted audio reaching the attendees, which could disrupt the natural flow of conversation. Connectivity dropouts: In some cases, especially in regions with less-stable internet connections, there may be brief connectivity dropouts. This could lead to interrupted interpretation, which is particularly problematic during important parts of a presentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
