Useable Exchange With Some Niche Coins **Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Saul J. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** October 12, 2020 **What do you like best about Kucoin?** Kucoin has some niche coins that have high potential for big gains, especially lower market cap coins. It has also improved massively since it had a major overhaul of the user interface. Their fees are also comparable with some of the other exchanges, i.e. not extortionate or overpriced, which some niche exchanges are. **What do you dislike about Kucoin?** There are a lot of unnecessary emails once you're signed up and unsubscribing doesn't seem to work. Very annoying. Many of these emails also come in Korean, which I am not averse to but it shows that there is little personalisation in the process. There is also no option to consolidate small balances of coins into a single coin - the process still has to be done manually. I also had an issue with support when I couldn't access my account because of an authentication error - they were slow to respond and I didn't feel as though they were concerned at all which led to some frustration. **Recommendations to others considering Kucoin:** This is not the best exchange by a mile, but if it's the only exchange with the coins you want to trade listed, it's a perfectly acceptable option. I use it as a secondary exchange and very much recommend that others do the same. **What problems is Kucoin solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have been able to make some investments that weren't possible on other exchanges, especially in lower market cap coins. I have also been able to make payment for goods online using their easy withdrawal process. ### 2. Security questions has invalid answers Long Withdrawal Processing Time **Recommendations to others considering Kucoin:** Use if if you need a platform with a variety of coins supported an an API that you can use to code things for your automatic trading **What problems is Kucoin solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main thing in this platform is that it has many coins supported, and yet, it isn't broken and looks professional (other platforms that list many alts and coins look bad and are unsecure, which prevents me from trading there) Benefits are the variety of coins, the fact that it works very well technically, it has an API for algo-trading if you know how to code ### 5.
