We are able to accelerate business value add for our stakeholders. Our BI team has a backlog. Many of the repports we maintain are legacy. it's going to take a re-write. We don't have the time to revamp our legacy reporting and create the new event and product reporting the business is asking for. By bringing on Kubit, we' jumped ahead about two years. Kubit completely changed the way we work with behavioral data. Previously we had over a year's worth of Snowplow data sitting idle in a data warehouse. Our existing dashboards were inflexible and insufficient in answering questions posed by our stakeholders. Data Analysts were swamped with questions requiring custom SQL to be written, or a day's worth of planning on how to execute the problem solving. Now we get insights in just a few minutes versus the hours it would take earlier.

The best part about Kubit is that it fully solves the problem of democratizing behavioral data to the rest of the organization. People with less than average analytical skills or who completely lack SQL knowledge can now edit reports themselves and find the insights they need. The set of reports available are easily understandable by a layperson and becomes super powerful in the hands of Data Analysts and Product Owners. This frees up time for our Data Analysts to look at the larger problems, such as how we can revolutionize our other data sources the same way we've done it with behavioral data using Kubit.

The team working at Kubit is amazing to work with. Technical persons understands the ins and outs of the product, are quick to respond and very open to feedback. Customer Success is also done right here, with proper educational sessions provided and frequent, personalized communication.

The pricing model of paying per user analyzed, instead of per user analyzing, also incentives usage of the tool. We see that our power users are interacting with it daily, as expected, but we also see interactions from people for whom the barrier of analytics is a bit higher. My biggest gripe is that it is not possible to set up Kubit yourself. It's an Enterprise implementation process (at the expense of an Enterprise price tag) when it seems like the config changes required for change requests should be simple enough to complete by the end user themselves. This is offset by excellent support, very short time to first response and triage and ok time until problem resolution.

At the time of writing, Kubit is still comparatively less feature-rich than competitors. However, new features are rolled out continuously and it's getting more Enterprise-level features in place by each day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
