Really great customer service and response time. Bugs and not-bugs (just user error) are reviewed with kindness. The tool itself is fairly easy to use, users can query analytics event data quickly and filter with a quick and efficient search of property values. You can also build statistics on the fly, extend timeframes with a couple clicks, and apply filters really easily. Love the version control that's built into each data pull. The lack of maneuverability of chart outputs sometimes forces users to default to just downloading the data and using another solution like Google Sheets.
