Kubicle offers a variety of courses for popular software, such as Excel and SQL, as well as trending topics like AI. Our employees can independently choose the areas in which they want to further their education and how they manage their learning time. We as administrators can view the progress. The Customer Success Managers are very committed; they regularly schedule appointments and cater to the individual wishes of the customers. They show the customers where to find which function and report and explain them, so that one can operate Kubicle independently and get the most out of the functions and reports. In our company, we work with rather unknown, less common software solutions. There are no courses on these software solutions on Kubicle. This is, of course, understandable, but also unfortunate, as our employees can therefore only deepen their knowledge in certain areas.

Our employees who work with Kubicle would generally prefer more interactive courses, instead of videos and tasks that they then check independently. The incentive to really solve and understand the tasks independently is missing. An open Q&A session for the individual courses would be helpful, for example, so that more exchange can take place. Likewise, short tests during the courses or homework that is submitted and checked would be beneficial.

More learning paths integrating the new courses as well. There are may courses which are not part of a learning path. It would be helpful that more certificate for certain topics are available. For example I now have dozens of single courses with individual certificates. Due to the amount it is impossible to add them to my CV or LinkedIn. The platform is easy to navigate evidenced by the ability by different candidates to complete task without supervision. It also has an option to make notes that can be used to implement gained concepts in future. The customer support is excellent evidenced by consistent reminders of task due dates. This helps to understand the content as you get a chance to both engage with it and then can review the process followed by the content presenter to identify what you may have done wrong.
